Buying the glasses was really easy and affordable. My mom has me order her glasses about once a year now and we don't have to wait for our insurance to renew. We can change out with the season and what's in style. I could literally buy one pair of glasses each month and still come out cheaper than if my insurance covered it at the doctors office.
Bad customer service. They asked that I verify a measurement which I did and I was accused of lying. They would not provide the glasses nor did they want to give a refund.

I have ordered glasses from Payne 2 times and they did it perfectly. Great product. Prescription correct. Very nice carry case. I started buying glasses from Zenni. I ordered a duplicate to one I had gotten from them before and they sent something with a totally different prescription. I argued with them on the phone for days and threatened to take them to court if they did not do a refund.

These are more of preteen glasses. Too big for my 5 year old. They are cute and seem to hold up pretty well!
