My first order said it was delivered I never received it. After the shipping company declared mg package lost, my order was remade immediately. I had my glasses in a week n a half. Super happy with great prices.

I don't know where the original error was, with me or with them, but my first pair of glasses didn't work out, but they re-did them, even let me choose different frames, and now they are perfect. The customer service was exceptional.

First pair wasn't quite right. Via emails, calls and consultation with fellow staffers, customer service rep provided me with a second pair that was perfect -- at roughly 1/10th the cost of my traditionally-purchased glasses.

My 6 year old boy goes through glasses like crazy but these frames and lenses have been very impressive. They have held up really well and I will continue to purchase his glasses through Payne Glasses.

I am pleased with my pare of glasses. Despite being so affordable the quality of both frame and glasses are pretty good. It's unbelievable I was able to get UV protection, antireflection and scratch resistance with such a low price. I hope it will last long.

I have ordered 3 pairs of glasses from Payne. All have been very satisfactory. The only problem I have with all three is that they want to fall off when I bend over. No matter though, considering the price for these from Payne or having them made through an optometrist office, they are worth every penny! As far as vision, they seem to be just right. I will continue to order from Payne.

Great fit and prescription was perfect. Eye Dr office wanted me to pay over $700 and at Payne it was less than $100 which is my insurance cap, so it cost me nothing for my no line bifocals.
