Overall, a great experience. Frames were inexpensive compared to optometrist, and progressive lenses were very affordable. Lenses are a little lower quality, but worth the money paid.

Selecting frames is tedious on an iPad because you can look at only one frame at a time. Otherwise, the purchase process is straightforward.
Photo taken by Payne Customer rep indicated the combination of items purchased would work. This proved to be untrue and Payne seemed to have no way of handling the matter that didn't involve purchasing still another pair of glasses. Come to think of is, they wouldn't even credit the amount paid or the clip-on sunglasses that didn't fit a frame their own photo showed would fit perfectly.
