When my eye doctor told me that I needed a prism added to my corrective lenses, to correct my double vision, I searched online for information. The first site that came up horrified me by the cost $. Payne glasses was the next site to come up and the price was so low that I ordered immediately, I have been very happy with the glasses that I purchased, any problems and customer service is the best.
Everything was great and perfect except for the fact that I wanted and need progressive glasses and the one thing that can really help some folks like me y'all all price it out of reach for a man that barely scrapes by! It's ridiculous but the glasses I got I like except they are single vision all I could afford and single vision is not good for me causes problems headaches etc

The two times I've ordered glasses, I have not been able to see out if either pair. Severe headaches. I have no issues when I get glasses made locally with same prescription.
I bought 2 pairs of glasses from Payne, one pair was perfect, he other pair was way too big for my head. They offered to let me keep the pair that didn't fit and get another pair for 50% off and I have to pay for shipping. Then when I wasn't happy with that. They said I could send the other ones back. And they would give me 50% for those and I still pay for shipping, but they're standard warranty on their site. Says that you pay for shipping and they give you a different pair in exchange. But they don't mention that last part, they are rude and go days without a response I would not recommend, stay away...
I was very pleased with Payne's selection and ability to narrow down their selection with their detailed filters. It made shopping easy as I was looking for very specific measurements.
My glasses were not great prescription wise. I went to the optometrist and he confirmed they were not correct
I went to order my glasses on the 4th and there was a special. My order didn't go through and when i noticed I tried to reorder. I didn't get the sale/discount that was originally in my outbox.
I talked to customer service many times before ordering, since it was my first online time, they are wonderful,very helpful, and company rules are lenient in my opinion. So glad I went with Payne.
