I ordered a patio glider from Patio Living because they were the only online vendor I saw offering shipping within 1-3 days on this model. So I paid and waited for a shipping notification that never came. I checked back on their site daily, and within 2 weeks, I saw that they moved the shipping date out one month. OK. Then 3 days before the month deadline was reached, I got an email advising me of a new shipping date, another month later. Not even a note of apology or sorry for the inconvenience, just a new date. So a product that should ship within 1-3 days changed to maybe you'll get it within 10 weeks. I emailed customer service and asked to cancel the order. No response for 4 days. Then I hear back that they need to confirm with the manufacturer that the order can be cancelled (this item is not custom in any way), and I should hear back within 3 days. Three more days pass and I hear nothing, send another email and get no response. They've been sitting there hanging on to hundreds of my $$$. I can accept that COVID has complicated the supply chain, but the customer experience offered is shameful. Stay away.

Received two products from PatioLiving.com. Both appeared to be "seconds". Items were picked up 10 days later. Its been 17 days since they were picked up and still no refund. Have tried calling on 3 different occasions. I was placed on hold for an hour plus each time and then disconnected. Tried using their live chat online... same results. I emailed their Customer Service and the response I get is, "Apologies for the delay. Your refund will be issued shortly and a confirmation email will be sent once processed." I never received any more emails. I finally turned this over to my credit card company. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-NONEXISTENT! SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND PURCHASE ELSEWHERE.

Never Again

Never ever again at this point.
We have submitted 6 tickets to customer service without a single call back.
Sat multiple days with our phones on speaker waiting 2 hours in customer service cue and never able get through.
I did a live chat and no one could get me a manager to communicate with.
6 weeks it took our $2300. 00 order to arrive. (An 84" woodward wrought iron table and 8 chairs)
It arrived with a 900.00 woodward table, table legs drilled incorrectly and can not be attached unless altered, and a paint flaw on the table top.
I want to lose my mind.
Will it me another 6 weeks to get another table? Who would know because you can never talk to anyone in customer service.
Never Ever Again will we purchase from patioliving nor will we recommend to anyone.
NIGHTMARE Order. Summer will be over in Michigan before I enjoy this purchase.

Oh there's more now- They never filed our warranty claim and it sat for 14 days before we call customer service again. We called Woodward and they said they have not received anything from patio living yet and patio living tried to blame Woodward.

Honestly I'm completely at a loss of words. With an unusable table in parts, taking space up in my garage.

Never Answer

This company is awful, they never answer their phones and never follow through with your order. Product was ordered over 2 months ago, has been shipped but no one will confirm where the order is now and no one will answer. Can't cancel, can't confirm can't do anything, would never order from them again. Additionally, the freight service they use is just as bad, no answer and no communication--waste of time.

I took delivery of two chaise lounges last week. One was badly damaged - likely at the manufacturer, since the box and packaging was fully intact. I have attempted to call Patio Living repeatedly - they literally NEVER answer the customer service phones. I have emailed them repeatedly with photos of the obvious damage, and have not gotten a single response.

I have never left a negative review online before, but think that Patio Living's post-sale customer care is literally the worst I've ever encountered. I'm out over $700 on a broken chair, and it looks like that is where this crappy story ends.

STAY AWAY FROM PATIO LIVING.

Ordered patio table/chair set in April, got delivered last week. Long delay, but coronavirus to blame at least in part, so okay. But problem is the TABLE IS WARPED so it's uneven and wobbling. Tried contacting customer service by CALLING, CHATTING and EMAILING - NO ANSWER!. Waited on hold an hour on both phone and chat feature, before giving up and sending emails on more than one day to their customer service email address. STILL NO ANSWER. I paid over $2,200 for dining set and this is what I got. Would not ever order from them again.

I purchased an expensive fire table. They delivered the wrong color, specifications and not leveled. Attempted to contact them by phone. Numerous times, waited over three hours only to be connected to numerous people who said I would be contacted, well I'm still waiting! The worst customer service ever, and merchandise. Kit, Tiffany, Rae, Kayla and Latisha, imagine getting scammed by on online company and see how you feel about it.

First the bad:

I ordered 2 Adirondack chairs on 6/9. They claimed shipping in 1-3 business days. When I did not hear from them and checked shipping status they indicate 8/21--much too late to be of much use this season. They charged my credit card for an item they do not have.

I tried to contact customer service multiple times.

Called--on hold 40 minutes (was to be 22) then when connected phone rang with no answer!

Used live chat 8 times--hour glass spun for over a half hour even though message said I was the first person in cue and someone will get back to in five minutes.

Email--one response with information I knew questions unanswered, request fro cancel order ignored

All subsequent emails ignored.

Has been a week. Today I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge.

I buy online often--these people are the absolute worst.

Now the Good:

Finally got a response from Michael in CS and he quickly explained the situation and processed a refund--while dealing with two more chats and someone on the phone. Kudos

I ordered an outdoor cocktail table on 6/5 and was informed that the product would ship in 1-3 business days. Just got an email saying its coming mid to late August. Have tried calling ("we have longer than usual wait times. Please stay on the line or go to our website for a live chat or to reach us online" I have been trying for days. Have "chatted" with their ROBO-CHAT service (not "live, btw)
And emailed them. They promise to get back to you in one business day. They NEVER respond. I am still on hold on the phone for the third time... I tried to wait them out but the wait time never changes... why? Because the don't give a damn about you or me.RUN! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Scam company.

I ordered the product with a 1-2 week delivery. 6 weeks later I get a delivery for August which would make it a 3 mo delivery!. I tried calling and waited 45 minutes for a customer service person to put me on hold and then hang up. I am out nearly $500! I called the better business bureau and my next stop is the attorney general.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed in the company and its customer service. I placed an order for two chaise lounges on April 4,2020. Today is June 13,2020, and I still do not have my order. My credit card was charged (almost $3,000!) when I placed my order so they have had the free use of my money since then. I will not place an order with Patio Living again.

Decline in Service

I have used Patio Living a few times in the past, all of my outdoor furniture is from them. I have had no cause to find fault on all of those deliveries but on the latest patio furniture set they've failed miserably.
I ordered a set of patio furniture (Darlee Cast Aluminum seating). The picture shows seating plus two other items. The footnote says clearly that the two items are not included in the item number. So my order was for two item numbers, one for the seating and one for the optional coffee table. They ordered only the first item number from Darlee.
When the coffee table did not arrive with the seating I reported an incomplete order. The rep tells me that the order was complete (he obviously looked at the picture on the web site). He gave me the mind blowing stupid inane request to submit a claim including a photo of what I had received to prove what was missing!
He said that was required in their claims process, mails me the instructions to support that and when I read the instructions it was about proving damages by taking a photo. Remedy is simple, check with Darlee as to why they mailed only one box (Darlee's box list the contents printed on the box) so there's no way they forgot the table, nor was their room. All this needs is a follow up order with Darlee and they are dragging their feet.
This is not COVID induced. The lockdown has promoted home expenditures and short sighted Patio Living is feasting
I'm on their online chat and here's what the rep is telling me "Please bear with me as I'm managing 3 chats & phone call currently" Wow is that a testimony to ability to multitask or that I'm not going to get the attention I deserve?

They are quite simply the worst company I have ever dealt with - horrific customer service (hour long waits). They misrepresented what was in stock and it resulted in waiting for weeks when I could have ordered directly from the manufacturer. When you finally reach someone they are an outsourced company that doesn't know anything. Disaster. Stay away at all costs.

I know we are in a pandemic, but there should be SOMEONE to answer the phone. I placed an expensive order almost 4 weeks ago, and I have had NO estimated delivery time yet on this "quick ship" item. No one answers the phone nor the online chat, nor my two emails to customer service.

I ordered an umbrella and stand. The umbrella arrived but the stand has not come yet. I have reached out to patio Living twice (both times 30 minute waits). I reached out when I realized what had happened and then reached out again three days later. They never did get back in touch with me. Now I have to fill out a claim form for something that is not my fault. They should have sent a new stand immediately or researched with federal express why one-package did not arrive. Now it is all on me to solve their problem. Never again.

Ordered furniture 4/25 on the "Quick Ship" program. Informed it would ship 5/8. Then received new information that it would be 4-6 weeks, then the freight line information changed and finally I cancelled the order which Patio Living confirmed. They repeated promised to refund the order and finally made a firm commitment to process the refund by June 2. The refund was not processed and then i was informed I would need to wait until Patio Living returned the order to the factory. I had to file a disputed charge action with the credit card company to receive a refund. I waited 1 hour 45 minutes to talk to CS. I also learned that Patio Living arranges their own shipping which explains why there is no such thing as "Quick Ship" with Patio Living. They create new excuses each time they are contacted. Not to be trusted.

Poor Service.

I ordered outdoor chairs from this company only because their website stated one to two weeks delivery. They changed conditions stating 6 to 8 weeks.
I was on hold over two hours to cancel.
They said a refund would be processed in 48 hours. After a claim with PayPal and Visa. They responded to say they are waiting on cancellation from vendor so it could take 13 days. That is a lame excuse for a company. They mislead and then they make you think they are doing everything they can. Please do not support these company. I ordered from Ballard Designs and they are very professional.

Horrible customer service. I ordered two patio benches which required special accommodations (no signature, vacation house). PatioLiving wouldn't answer the phone and they would only respond with online Live Chat. I was told they would contact me prior to shipping to determine signature. The next call was to schedule a delivery. PatioLiving is now charging round trip shipping which comes to over 50% of the original cost. Totally unethical. I do not recommend this company!

Waited an hour to speak to a rep when he finally came his name is tucker and he kept repeating himself over and over without listening to what I was trying to say. I wanted a umbrella that I knew wouldn't be long enough for my table according the the official numbers but wan the s anyway and he kept saying well we don't recommend it. And kept repeating himself like 5 times till he hung up. I can't believe I wasted an hour on hold to talk to that prick
