Trying to cancel an order. No one responds to emails, phone (on hold more than 20 minutes at a time. Poor customer service. Tried "chat feature" and each time it shows I'm next in line and it will be about 5 minutes,
20 minutes later, still no answer. FRUSTRATED.

I purchased and paid for a patio table on March 17,2020 I am still waiting for it and had to e-mail twice to ask when it would be shipped. It finally shipped on May 11 2020 and still do not have it. I certainly hope I like it when I finally receive it. Poor poor customer service!

I placed an online order on Sunday and cancelled it with 15 minutes. PatioLiving emailed me the next day to ask why I was cancelling to tell the manufacturer. I promptly replied to that email. PatioLiving replied that they reached out to the vendor cancellation once the vendor cancels they would refund me. 2 days later, I received an email confirming shipment of my cancelled order. Explain this me? On hold now how 21 minutes & their LiveChat doesn't work. I will never order anything from PatioLiving and would suggest others stay away from them.

The merchandise was incorrect and the delivery address was wrong. My order was for and out door carpet and I received ANOTHER outdoor pad. The delivery was supposed to go to Rancho Mirage and it went to Orange County

Purchased four chairs (monaco steel mesh). Two days earlier had purchased two matching chairs with the "spring action feature". The spring chairs shipped, but the four fixed chairs that match were out of stock with no restock date. So i asked patio living to also allow me to return the spring chairs which now match nothing, and they are happy to let me do that. For a 20% restocking fee. And i pay the shipping. Because that is "policy".

You get what you pay for. I won't make this mistake again.

After a sizable order (8K) we received the patio set and chat set in good order. The wicker recliners came after weeks of waiting and some delay in delivery due to a wrong phone number in their system. We rejected one of the chairs due to a manufacturer's defect. The shipper took it back and we are here 2 months later STILL trying to get the remaining chair. Turns out they STILL have the wrong phone number in their system and didn't know what finish I wanted (uh, try checking the original order maybe?). Although the price was right and the furniture is great in terms of quality, this company does not have it's act together, although they still have my money.

Was searching to purchase a Tropitone Chaise pool lounge... Went to 4 different on line patio stores to check for prices... Found it for $1099,$1049, $998, and then $949 at Patio Living... So I ordered it and took delivery... To my surprise, I only received half the chair. Apparently it came in 2 pieces ( my mistake for not reading more thoroughly on there site). The first 3 sites were pricing for both pieces. Patio living was not. When I contacted them. They were less then helpful. Stating it clearly said just the Chaise lounge... And it was my problem. ( BTW who buys half chairs) So I know have 2 half chairs and have to purchase risers for them... They offered to sell me the 2nd pieces for $226 each. Which now brings there total up to $1175 which is now by far the most expensive. I asked if there was anything they could do to be more in line with the other stores. And was told emphatically NO... I could return them and repurchase from one of the other 3... But they informed me they would charge a 30% restocking fee. So I was stuck with there half... And purchased the other piece from one of the other stores for $190 per piece. While I will acknowledge, I did not read through the multiple pieces on there site on my purchase. Which was my mistake. All the other stores sold them together and at better prices... And there attitude was basically too bad... Its your problem. I will be sure not to purchase anything else from Patio Living ever again. Poor customer service and bad prices...

Ordered a small patio round coffee table and it wasn't true to the color as pictured, so consequently didn't match other existing patio furniture. It was over $900 and when i returned it, I only got a $400 refund due to their outlandish fees of shipping and restocking! I would never order from this company again and neither should you.

Ordered deck furniture with a delivery date of May 27, it arrived August 8 after numerous calls and delays. 2 of three couches were damaged- bent iron legs and arm of couches. This was reported, a month has gone by, someone is supposed to pick them up and nothing. PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK, THIS COMPANY HAS PROBLEMS WITH GETTING THINGS DELIVERED, AND WITH DEALING WITH RETURNS AND ISSUES. Most of their reviews which are poor are centered on these two issues. May want to deal with a local vendor

I spent 400.00 on an umbrella. Patio living refused to give money back or to send another. I researched umbrellas and thought they were made to last. They are definitly not. The umbrella is to heavy and not enough support.The umbrella fell an inch from a womens head. They are very dangerous.

Nightmare OMG

Ordered two of the same item and they sent one correct and one wrong. Contacted Customer Service two weeks ago and still don't have an RMA for the incorrect item much less what I ordered. They wanted a picture of the wrong item, sent that. They claim that they can't get an RMA from the manufacture (I don't know if they stock anything), how is that my issue? All I want is the correct item that I paid for. I think I have 6-10 emails over two weeks with them. It is crazy land. I don't know how they are in business to be honest. I will have to charge this back with Visa and explain to them my story. My advise is stay away. If you have any problems with your order, good luck.

I ordered a wicker patio set with initial shipment scheduled for 4/23/19. A week later, I receive an email that shipment was going to be extended and scheduled for 5/2/19. I called and asked if I could cancel the order and the answer was, "Sorry, this is a custom order and you can only cancel within 24 hours of order placement". I pressed the representative to look deeper into cancelling and he called back and stated that I could refuse the delivery and they would credit my credit card minus shipping & delivery AND 20% restocking fee! UPDATE: Called the company again and there are no notes on my order that I previously called and talked to the rep. Today the rep states that the furniture was shipped from manufacturer to carrier and it would be inspected for several days and within two weeks they would call me to schedule delivery! A lot of good that does me when the event that I needed it for will be in a few days! I told the rep that I called my credit card company, she puts me on hold, then returns and says "we are no longer obligated to talk to you and so you'll have to call your credit card company". So bottom line is, the order I placed gave me an estimated ship date which was then changed after the 24 hour cancellation window. I try to cancel and the company says, "sorry, you approved the T&C's", I ask what recourse I have they say, "we'll charge you a restocking fee of 20% plus shipping & handling", I call the credit card company and PatioLiving then says, "sorry, we cannot talk to you anymore". UPDATE: I received the furniture and it is BEAUTIFUL! We absolutely love it! I wish we could of had a less stressful experience but the furniture is beautiful.

I ordered a Fire Pitt, it was NOT a custom order. They said it was in stock and would ship sooner than the expected 4-6 weeks. Then oh sorry, it didn't make the truck in FL to CO. So it will ship later. I was given numerous ship dates, numerous tracking #'s, 2 different shipping companies-none of them had any knowledge of order. I spoke to Patio Living numerous times, got the run around, eventually told I could cancel the order. I did cancel over the phone... was told I had to cancel order with my credit card company, which I did. Then they said I cancelled too late. They lied to credit card company when I filed dispute. They stole 50% =$1496. 48. I sure hope they sleep well at night and no one treats them as badly as I was treated. Will NEVER buy from Patio Living again.

Quote online system misleading. Be sure to speak with a representative to explicitly set up custom fabric orders. They will charge you restocking for matching with a 'like' color, instead of explicity stating they don't have the fabric you want available. You can avoid the fee if you buy another order, but you are out of luck if their selection doesn't cover the fabric you want.

I purchased a Lloyd Flanders patio furniture set with Sunbrella performance fabric. Less than a year later the fabric on the ottoman and chair was covered in mold, mildew and dark stains whereas the sofa in the exact same environment is in perfect condition. Clearly, there is a quality flaw in the fabric. After bringing this issue to their attention, their solution is for me to purchase all new cushions to the tune of +$700, after paying close to $3,000 for the ottoman and chair to begin with? No replacements, no discount. I believed I was purchasing high end, high quality product. I was fooled.

I ordered a product from Patio Living and UPS attempted delivery. UPS reported that Patio Living gave the wrong address. I corrected the address with UPS. The product is still not delivered. Patio Living claimed the address was correct and to contact UPS. No help from Patio Living customer service. See Brad A review of 7/5/18 on this site. Same problem. The department should be called "Customer Disposal" not "customer service".

Horrible Seller

I ordered a patio table from patioliving.com and they haven't delivered. They blame the shipping company and want me to work it out with the no-name shipper. They threatened to charge me restocking fee and shipping on an item they failed to deliver - they offered no apologies, no trying to make it better. I had to file a credit card dispute to get my money back. This seems like a scam. Avoid this seller!
