I've ordered from partzilla several times and have always received my orders quickly. However ordering online lately has resulted in some delayed shipping. All manufacturers are blaming it on Covid but I suspect they have laid off workers and are now slow to rehire. I hope Partzilla is able to convince their suppliers of the need to return to precovid service levels quickly.

Worst customer service ever. I bought a part for my snowmobile that the website said would be here on February 13th or 14th. I paid for express shipping. I got a receipt in my email but never got tracking number. So I emailed the company they said within 24 hours I'll get one. I did not get one. They looked up on their website after logging in now it says the parts going to come to my house on February 24th. So I called the customer service number lady was so rude. Telling me what do you want me to do about it the parts on backorder now. I told her but on the website it said it wasn't. So I started getting angry I asked for a manager he beat around the bush. I got more pissed off. Then I told her I don't like how you're talking to me give me a manager I don't want to hear your mouth or your blah blah blah. She said okay and hung up on me. Called again was put on hold for 5 minutes hung up. Call again and finally Jose answered. He completely understood where I was coming from. He even said that it was bull$#*! that the website said one thing and now it's another. This is honestly the worst company I've ever dealt with. You lost at least 14 customers. I'm the mechanic so I buy the parts not from you anymore pieces of garbage.

This is the go-to site for my toys. I love the fact that they list every possible model number for a year and make. The parts diagrams are invaluable and broken up into easily understandable groupings. Another thing I think is great is that when you pull up a part for your machine, it shows you all other make, model and years that the same part will fit.
Prices are usually the same or slightly less than other merchants and shipping is very fast.

I go to Partzilla.com to check for great prices and availability. I sometimes have to wait on parts that I might need that most organized dealers should not have in stock. I have no problem getting them though.

Placed several orders for OEM parts for about $1.5k. Availability for 80% of ordered parts was badly incorrect.
Translation from PartZilla speak for most parts in my orders:
"In stock" --> "maybe it will be available to ship within a week"
"Available in 2-3 days" --> "available to ship in 2-3 weeks, we will keep changing expected availability date by three days every time you call us"
"Available in 3-4 days" --> "A deep back-order, we do not know when it is available"
I have cancelled all my orders, re-ordered from other places who are honest about 1-3 weeks lead time or when parts are on a back order and not really available any time soon.
One star for a nice and user friendly web site and the ability cancel orders. Use it to find proper part numbers, cancel and re-order elsewhere if "in stock" parts are not shipped "within 24 hours" as promised. Even better, just never order -- you will be disappointed.

Literally waited much longer for a part than was lead on, arrived as the wrong part needed. Then I was told send it back we will refund when it returns, just order another one. Like I've got the money for that. This place is absolutely gabarge for customer service. Needless to say I'm not driving 25 miles to ups to send back this part when they messed up. I'm not giving them more gas money and my time. This part is trash just like partzilla now to me. Scam scam scam
