Order at your own risk! I just now found out about the "fine print" in their order process. I have people that want their bikes, and I completely understand the world doesn't revolve around me, but at the same time, had I known it would be 3 weeks before my order was even processed, I would have ordered from somewhere else! WONT EVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

My father told me to help him with his motorcycle. Something broke down in this motorcycle and he asked me to help to find the parts in the internet, because all the offline stores sell awful parts for motorcycles, at least those which are nearby from the are of my living. So, I started to search for various websites and online shops where I can order motorcycle parts. This was the real treasur when I found it. I ordered here everything I needed and it came to me pretty fast. Great plus for the fast delivery and big assortment.

I think the big problem is they false advertise whether or not a part is in stock. I have paid for expedited shipping several times. Expedited shipping is advertised to ship within 24 hours of the order being placed. This is also false advertising as only one out of my last 6 "expedited" orders have shipped within 24 hours. Their support is pathetic and their only explanation is "Well there have been some delays in our warehouse". Hogwash! After reading other reviews it is apparent that this is standard procedure with this company. The show items in stock so you will place an order. By the time you wait 2-7 days for your order to ship, they know you are not going to cancel. If you have more than one or two items, you can rest assured that shipping will take up to a week, expedited or not, "in stock" or not. Shame on you Partzilla!

Our manufacturer and website are not connected so we do not receive parts information until the order is placed, which can change from ships in 3-4 days to longer if they do not have any in stock when we go to order from them. The majority of the time, the product is in stock with the manufacturer and there are no issues. But we are very sorry not all your parts have arrived. We take pride in our customer service and we're sorry if we were not able to uphold it with you.
Partzilla has been a key go-to for me and my recent restoration of my 1967 Honda CL77 305 Scrambler. Reasonable pricing and reasonable freight! Use them!

They've mishandled every part of the order and refund process. Shipping dates keep slipping and they won't issue a refund. Avoid partzilla!

3 WEEKS DELAYED ON MY PARTS, AFTER 3 FAKE ESTIMATES DELIVERY. ALL THEY DO IS BLAME THE MANUFACTRY WHEN I ORDERRER WAS ALL IN STOCK, ANYWAY.

Now i have wasted days and days for NOTHING.
I could have the parts in my hand if i had ordered from a REAL COMPANY.

I had ordered items listed in stock, later received an email saying certain items are back ordered with not current ETA- yet I refresh the item's page and its still listed in stock, this happened on 2 separate orders to me personally where in stock items are unavailable. I will never order from partzilla again

Horrible shipping department
They do not use packing and have damaged critical internal motor parts from loose parts banging into each other this is happened both times I have placed an order I will not use them again

Bought some items because they said they were "In Stock". Three days later received an email that the items were both on back order and I would not receive them for an entire month. A week later they email me pushing the date further back. Finally, the date rolls around, and I don't receive any confirmation of the parts shipping, so I contact them, only to learn the dates have been pushed back further.

Unfortunately, our estimates are based on information we receive from the manufacturer, and that means the information we receive isn't always the most accurate and is liable to be changed.

I ordered bolts from them website says they are brand new but so far every bolt and screw that I got was either off another bike or really old and not new at all they had to send me a replacement because I said something I ordered new stuff not used so they sent me two more bolts and once again they are used brand new white put brand new if they are not brand new

We send what we receive from the manufacturer, and we are surprised to hear that both times the screws and bolts you ordered seemed used. Overall not too bad. Items took a while to arrive, some much longer than their listed lead times. Use caution, certain items are listed as available in x number of days, when they have been D/C'd by manufacturer long ago.

Waiting over a month for parts. Have contacted them twice and been told it would ship the next day. Second time was a week ago and they have still not shipped

Ordered a part for my ATV. They show it as a STOCK item. Now after 2 days of nothing I call and they said "it's back ordered for 32 days". What a joke! I will NEVER order from them again!

I ordered parts may 28th was told by email would be here the 7th. Was happy and surprised. Monday the 7th that l came and went checked the email. Changed to Friday the 12th. That came and went then updated to 14th and no word about it. Waited to see if it would show up nothing. I contacted partzilla today the 16th. A couple messages back and forth and got my last response tonight at 6ish pm. That even though it said my part has shipped. The warehouse hasn't even received my part to ship it to me!? What? Some sort of email to let me know would have been nice. Don't think I will be using this company again.
