I have ordered from Partzilla primarily for parts and tools for my Honda Blackbird. My most recent purchase was for a tool that was supposed to take a week to receive. "There are many in stock". Two weeks after order I was told it was another week out. This time I complained rather bitterly and asked for the GM's name and email. Amazingly my order was shipped the same day as my complaint, not a week later.
I know times are tough right now, but they are a sophisticated organization and should be ahead of the game.
Except for this one hiccup they have been great and I recommend Partzilla 100%.

I usually go to a motorcycle dealer for parts. This time I decided to check the internet because the parts are for an older Yamaha Roadstar and the line has been discontinued. It was possible that it would take months to obtain the part through the normal channels.

Lucky apron contacting partzilla off the issue they looked into and resolved the issue immediately. Shipped my returned items In two days next day air and I couldn't be more satisfied with their outstanding service. I ordered parts for a 21 year old Honda dirt bike, Ordering was easy and they arrived in about the right time I needed them. All parts fit like a glove on the bike. I was very pleased with my purchase. Now the dirt bike I brought for my son when he was 13 will now go back to him (surprise) on his 34 birthday. He has 4 young kids ( all boy's) will now have a go at it. The Honda 100R has been through my son, two grandson's in New Mexico and now back to my son and my 4 grandson's. Perfect!
