With over 30 Vintage Motorcycles from the 60s and 70s and a few newer, I often purchase parts from Partzilla. Always happy with their service, speed of shipping, quality of parts, and -- just in general -- my experience with them. I recommend them for anyone in need of parts.
My most recent purchases were bolt, gasket, hose, and clip for my 1980 Suzuki GS750 on Mar. 26th and washer and lock pin for my 1978 Honda CB550K just a couple of days ago.

From the time of call to the arrival, GREAT EXPERIENCE! I'll be first to say I prefer to order my parts by speaking with another person and that was how it started, unfortunately I forget the ladies name who I spoke with, hats off to her she knew what to ask and how to help me. Needed some more parts for our 2016 P1000-5D. Parts search function was the only way to order the parts as the 2022 parts catalog had not yet been uploaded. I found the part numbers on another site and entered them into the PARTZILLA Search bar, they came up immediately, good pricing and in stock, ready to ship. I was surprised because these were new parts for the 2022 models. Parts were in stock, better than local dealer pricing (by a LOT!), cheap shipping and arrived in about a week from placing the order. These parts actually arrived faster than if I had bought them locally. Will do business with them again. I am a certified Honda Technician (Retired) and I enjoy doing my own work and saving big. I figure that by doing my own work, I saved thousands of dollars over using the dealer for this project and I know I got a better product in the end.

Something has got to change as far a shipping costs because the parts I bought was 13$ the shipping was 10$ you figure it out and I ordered my parts on the 4/15/22 and today is 4/25/22 10$ for shipping and 10 + days now and still have not got my parts! What do you think I'am going to do next time I order parts? Probably not from this company next time I will just go with my local bike shop at least if I have to wait ten plus days I won't have to pay for shipping

I've used Partszilla serveral times now to buy factory Can Am parts for both my ATV's and snowmobiles. They have great prices than other OEM retailers and I really like the fact they include shipping and arrive very quickly.

I was worried about the parts I order only being a partial order ( one of two). However once I called I was able to confirm what I wanted was indeed exactly. Was able to place order over the phone as this was the last in stock part. By the way the seat I ordered is better and more comfortable than the Corban seat I purchased with my Yamaha FJR. I ordered a part for my bike and next thing I know it's back ordered without an eta. It's been weeks and still no estimated time of arrival for my order so I asked for a refund, no response! Completely unprofessional!

I ordered several items for a Polaris Ranger Crew. They came in three shipments - two of which were lost or damaged. I got that straight after some back-and-forth over more than a month. The largest part of the order was for four doors. Once I received them, I discovered that the doors they sent would not fit the model I had. Their website state that they fit the make/model. They refuse to replace or refund the cost of the doors despite them being in new condition (never installed). I am not out of pocket nearly $4,000 without the needed doors. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
Gave a one because can't give any lower. Ordered parts on 3/24 said they were in stock on 3/30 checked to see why I had not received anything telling me my parts were shipped. On the order manifest it now stated that the parts would be available 3/31 when it said on the website and still does that the parts are in stock. Checked back 4/2 and the time was pushed back to 4/5 when the parts would be available. I checked back today 4/5 and it now says that the parts are not available till 4/7. The website still says in stock. This kind of incompetence is unacceptable. I will never shop or recommend Partzilla to anybody. I Did live chat with Todd told him to cancel my order, he told me it was done and that I would have a refund in 5-7 business days we'll see if that happens. They had no problem taking the money right away knowing they didn't have the parts in stock let's see how long it takes for them to give my money back.
Parts shipping directly from manufacturer can have unexpected delays out of our control but we understand your frustration and your refund will be processed as quickly as possible.
Never had any issues with shipping or prices from Partzilla. It's my go to for OEM parts at reasonable prices.

The individual assisting me was extremely courteous and helpful looking up the parts I required and explained in detail what was included with the completely assembled lower A-frame so I did not have to order additional parts.

I know it is very difficult having everything in stock especially the way things are nowadays, but waiting a few days doesn't bother me.
