I ordered a part, showed in stock. Parztilla advertises ships within 24 hr. It's been nine days order status still show preparing order.
I went to the online chat to cancel the order and got disconnected from the chat after waiting 30 minutes. Then I called customer service waited 40 minutes to speak with an agent and all of a sudden my order is on a truck and cannot be canceled. Never again. BEWARE OF PARTZILLA!
I ordered parts that were in stock according to their web-site. Four times the shipment was moved out by 2 or 3 days. Now, 2 weeks later, I still don't have the parts. Customer service was apologetic and seemed eager to cancel the order. Which I did. Also cleared my cart of the other $794 worth I was going to buy from them.

Partzilla has always been a good source for me but this order has a delayed delivery that was unexpected.
April order with a June delivery promise which may be related to their source of supply but still not good service on such a simple item.
I have not had any problems at all with anything that I have ordered. Everything has come in when it said it would be here if not earlier. Always am able to find what I'm looking for and the prices are always competitive.

I was going to wait till I got the parts but Partzilla keeps sending me emails to do it now and God only knows when I'll get the parts. I placed the order on April 11/22 and they said one part would be in on Apr. 21 then it changed to Apr. 28 and the other part would be in on May 5. It's April 30 and I haven't received anything yet. That's because they're somewhere in JAMAICA, NY, United States which is a long way from Alberta Canada. Don't make promises you can't stand behind. You wanted a review, you got it!
Once the item was shipped, there seems to be issues occuring with the carrier beyond our control. We apologize for this and understand your frustration. We hope you receive your order as fast as possible and hope you give us another chance.
The best thing to know that if you need a part for your bike you will find it here in Partzilla. I have bout from them and I have had a great experience, the accessories a added to my motorcycle are from this great company. And now my baby looks amazing.

Buying parts from partszilla, was easy for me, the site was easy to use, plus they had the parts I could not find anywhere, at a great price. Shipping was quick. Only had one issue since buying from Partzilla which was lost shipment. And wasn't Partzilla's fault it was lost at USPS. Once I contacted Partzilla, They reshipped my order and did it with UPS two day shipping and I had my parts in my hands in the two days as promised. No complaints from me in dealing with partzilla! Now I could really give USPS a crap 1 star review because if it's not coming from Amazon I don't think they really give a crap if you get your stuff or not!

Searched their site for a CVT belt for a Honda Helix. The belt was HALF the size of the belt needed. Turned out the part that popped up was falsely listed, yet I'M being cheated out of the $9.95 shipping cost even though THEY were the ones who screwed up and and had the belt mislisted!

No spark on my grandkids pw80. I needed the CDI ignition module. I searched the usual places but there was no guarantee proper fitment. Partzilla came up and they have the genuine Yamaha unit. I installed it and had it running. Fair price and it works. Very happy with the purchase as it arrived promptly. I will shop there again when needed.

I needed a specific part on my bike which is 21 years old, and it appeared that it was on backorder everywhere I checked with the exception of Partzilla. They had the part in stock at a fair price and shipping was fast. I would recommend them and plan on using their site for any future needs.
