Prior to placing my order, all three items stated were in stock or 2/3 days to get re-stocked. I placed the order, CS sent an email next day stating only one of three were in stock and other two would come from Japan in about 30 days. Just happy they were cosmetic parts and not in a rush. Received the order today, correct product, proper protecting packaging and can finish my project. Overhaul am satisfied and recommend Partzilla.

I ordered one control arm for my Yamaha Raptor. The order was placed on 06/16/2022. It shows that the part became available on 06/21/2022. It is now 06/27/2022, and my part has still not shipped. I just spent 1.5 hours on hold trying to reach their customer service. The call got dropped, so I tried to call back. Their customer service line says that they had to shut down their phone line due to a high volume of callers. Its 2PM. This site blows chunks, its been over a week and my part hasn't left their warehouse. Their site quoted 1-2 day shipping. Do not order from them if need your part in a timely manor. 0/10 I wouldn't recommend this site to my worst enemy.

Ordered on 6/9 and my order keeps getting pushed back. I was told This past Monday my order was ready to ship but now it says on the 27th. I can't get a hold of anyone, phone times are over an hour wait, and the chat is a joke. I waited an hour for the chat and still nothing. This web site is a complete joke and it is not worth ordering from this company. I've been more than patient with them. I'm sorry but I will not be using them again. Pathetic.

I placed a order back in April because it stated it was in stock ready to ship well when they sent me my conformation It said 3 weeks and it would ship well when that date came they sent another email three days after saying May 25 then that date came and same thing three days later they said June 17 well now that has came and gone and just received a email on June 23 saying August 10 and I have a customer waiting to get his four wheeler fixed and returned to him to use on his horse farm but this company is hoo dooing around with my order. I've bought alot of stuff from them in the past and they have been fairly decent on getting my stuff but Honda was back ordered for a month but this company said they had it when I ordered but they got me and only got me one time because I highly recommend not buying from this company because one the reason above and two if you email them about it you will get a answer that you could have answered yourself because they don't have a clue what they are doing

Ordered some Sea Doo dock bumpers, website indicated ships in 1-2 days. Couple of days later I find out they will be available on Friday, once Friday comes and goes I reach out and I am told they (Partzilla) are getting their supply from BRP on Monday and my order will ship Tuesday, it doesn't but on Wednesday I get an email like I had just ordered indicating part will be available on Friday. During all this time website still says ships in 1 or 2 days. Partzilla was quick to charge my credit card but I'm regretting this order. I've waiting 45min on chat hold before giving up so I have no idea if my order will actually ship. The price was about $20 cheaper than other places but this delay in shipping has resulted in way more than $20 in dock damage to my jet skis. But I guess that's my fault for wanting to play with my summer toys in the summer.

I liked the site, liked the diagrams so that I could find the parts for my motorcycle, but the advertisement on the front page -- "Fast Shipping" -- is way, way off. I have been waiting almost 3 weeks now. Last time I checked the site says "Preparing order". That isn't what I wanted or expected. Each part that I ordered was listed as "ships in 3-4 days", but they still haven't yet. When I call customer service I get a robot-answer that says "Please excuse us while we open our new distribution center." I think I have been patient but waiting this long is absurd.

Ordering the parts was easy and simple. The parts arrived on time and was rapped good. I also had to return some parts and found that it was easy and trouble free also. I highly recommend partzilla for your oem parts and there competitive pricing.
On 6/8/22 I ordered an air filter on order # 11-*******. I received a confirmation on it but nothing else. I called last week and after several calls got through to customer service. At that time I told the lady I had not received anything on shipping or anything. She said I should have but because of the confusion on Partzilla staff on following up would have it overnighted and should have by Thursday or Friday. Still here it is Monday evening and still have not received my part. I had cancel a trip we had planned for this past weekend because I was taking this motorcycle with me. This was my first time ordering from Partzilla but my brother as been using this company for years and recommended that should order from them also. I tried calling twice today and each time got a voice prompt that there was a two hour wait. So if and when I ever receive my part maybe then I'll give a review on my experience with Partzilla

Purchased part for my boat on 5/30/22 because website said it was available to ship with estimated delivery date of 6/7. On 6/1 received email saying 6/14. By the end of the week I had received 3 emails pushing out a further delivery date. The last update I received was to push it out to 7/22/22. I have now purchased the item from another supplier. They are delivering by 6/24. I had to pay a higher price but worth it to save a month of the boating season in New England.

Amazing selection of parts, the prices are pretty good, but the shipping is NOT it. 2-3 Business days turned into 10 for me, even with expedited shipping. Great parts and amazing shopping experience but the shipping was pretty bad. If you're willing to wait however, it's a great spot for OEM parts that nobody else has, as well as aftermarket parts.

I ordered a part that was supposed to be delivered today on Monday. I have emailed customer service and they will not answer my question in regards to when the part will ship. I called the customer service line and the wait time was 1 hr 23 minutes. This is terrible customer service,

I placed an order on June 6 and have yet to even see the bulk of in stock items ship yet on June 17 with expedited shipping purchased. I have had better luck without expedited shipping. The first few parts showed up in a reasonable time. Originally some items shows 2-3 days out but as this has gone on those parts keep moving back. I had them cancel one part that turned out being backordered and was told that is why the other parts hadn't shipped. Four days later the other parts still haven't shipped, with "free expedited shipping" after the complaint which I had opted for because I didn't want this waiting until the last minute when the UTV is needed. They have been blaming a new facility for the delay also, I think they are holding orders so it really looks like the new facility is setting records. This will be the last time for me.

After waiting a month for a part that they knew they never had I find out that the part is available in September not only that I speak to a representative or representative To try to resolve the problem They said all of a sudden they had it in stock Just to receive a part that's totally wrong I own a 2018 Yamaha wave runner brother GP 1800 they sent me send me some kind of handle handle later to find out 2 find out to a snowmobile I get in contact with pardzilla for my 50th time I'm to speak to representative which was very rude I explained to him my problem that they had sent me the wrong part part I tell him I would like to speak to a supervisor saying that he was no help after after waiting for 2 hours he hangs up the phone on me Not only does the customer service suck but so does partzella for treating their customer's like that

Similar experience as a lot of the reviews on here. I ordered my parts. The site showed that they were in stock. 2 days later I got an email telling me they were on backorder with no ETA. I waited a few weeks before calling customer service. When I finally called they told me that it was likely that my part had been picked but not shipped yet and blamed it on the fact that it was coming from Japan. When I asked if that meant my part must be shipping soon, he said yes. Now several more weeks have passed and no update. I ordered this part on March 20 and today is May 24th.
