I've tried reaching out and I get a computer response. I don't get a real person. My package has been stuck in Seattle and the tracking is terrible. I'm only 60 minutes away from Seattle and it's taken 4 days and it's still hasn't arrived yet. I'm very disappointed. I don't have my product and it seems to be stalled somewhere for some reason? I've tried to track it online and the tracking information I got has not worked. It is now 5 days overdue. No clue when it will arrive? Very poor service!

I have reviewed the tracking information and it appears the package was shipped on March 5th via USPS, however, the package has not been scanned since March 9th. So I called in just to check the availability of Part because a lot of places were backordered with no ETA. After selecting two for new orders, it proceeded to put me in a queue, saying that I was 10 in line with less then 10 minutes of wait time. The entire time the automated machine keeps asking me if I'm calling about an existing order to have my order number ready. When you first call in it, ask you to press one for existing orders or two for new orders. So since I press two, it already knows that I don't have an existing order. Yet, literally the entire time I'm on the phone I have to listen to this message repeat, over and over and over. By the time I made it to sixth in line it had already been over 11 minutes and was saying I had less than a five minute wait. After reaching fifth, and it would repeatedly tell me that I have less than two minutes to wait. I was waiting for 27 minutes before someone came on the phone. If the machine said the accurate time when I called in, then I would've just hung up and chatted with them online. There's no way I wanted to sit on the phone for 20 to 30 minutes just to check the availability of Part, but because I was continuously being lied to about the wait time I waited for 27 minutes. I don't expect the system to be 100% accurate because I understand that that's just a guesstimation. However, at the same time, there's no way I should call in and be told that my wait time is less than 10 minutes and then have to wait almost 30 minutes. Unfortunately Patzilla doesn't care about their customer service because after asking the representative, if there was a department I could make a complaint to about this issue since it's clearly not working correctly. But they don't have a department for that. I was told I had to go on this website and leave her review because that's the only thing they pay attention to and apparently the only thing that they care about. So, unless you're willing to come on here and write a review, Partzilla does not care about you as a customer.

I have ordered many of parts from partszilla and I have always liked there company with fast shipping have recommended them to a bunch of people and friends and they all recommend partszilla now also will order from them anytime I need parts
They corrected an incorrect part number I was going to order, send me schematics via text, the overnight shipped my parts and received them the next morning. Can't get any better than that. Best experience with a company this far!
