I received an email that the part I ordered was shipped April 9th. It is now April 16th and I still have not received it.

Please be advised, we can not control how long it takes for the carrier to deliver the packages. However, with standard shipping, it may take up to 10 business days, but typically takes 4 to 6 business days. I do see the tracking shows it's out for delivery today which is the 5th business day. In the future, if you would like quicker delivery times, we suggest choosing Expedited shipping as packages are typically delivered within 1-3 business days. It takes too long to take a bike into the shop and get it back in a reasonable time these days. I had to replace a ball joint and a few other parts in the front end. I looked at their schematic on their webpage or the parts I needed, and it was pretty easy and fast had everything completed within a week.
