I needed a couple of o-rings and there were two items listed on the website with the same part number but with a slight difference. I called to ask about it and was quickly put in touch with an expert who helped clarify that one of the parts had been discontinued but the part number was the same. What a relief. Super friendly, professional, courteous and just helped make the experience that much better. Partzilla is my go to for parts! Suzuki GSXR 600!
I always pay for expedited shipping on all of my orders and, for the past 9 years, they have always been shipped via UPS 2nd day air. My last couple of orders have been shipped via USPS and they take twice as long to get here! The above mentioned order was shipped via UPS 2nd day air, as usual. My most recently shipped orders, such as order 11-*******, was shipped via USPS. Many items on that order were promised to the customer today, Thursday June 6th, which is when the order would have been here if shipped UPS 2nd day air, as usual. Now, the parts aren't going to be here until Saturday the 8th. This is too late for the customer. He has races that day that he needs these parts for. Now, I get to make the dreaded call to tell him the bad news and apologize. This really sucks...
I spoke with s representative for a long time, trying to figure out the exact part needed for my boat. I was never rushed, the rep took his time and placed the correct order. Thank you.

Completed a big order. All parts were shown in stock, even paid expedite shipping to get parts within 1-3 days. Well long story short it took over a week to get the parts? They shipped the order GROUND of all things.

Partzilla had all the parts I needed in one location. Some of them seemed a little expensive but they had them and gave me free shipping. They were still cheaper than the local motorcycle shop. There were two orders and for some reason one did not actually get shipped, when I called about where it was the girl saw the issue and express mailed the parts out the same day I called, they shipped over the weekend and I had them on Monday.
I placed an order and forgot to order another part that I needed. It was 10 minutes after placing my order I called to see if I could add another part to my order and said no. So I placed another order and paid the 1 to 2 day shipping again and its been a week and still haven't got all my parts yet.

No single vendor had all of the parts I needed and I had to order from 3 different vendors. The other two vendors parts arrived 6 days before this part arrived. The order was shipped almost immediately as promised, the delivery method was very slow. I complained and their response was "Standard shipping is 3-7 business days." Like I was lucky because I'd be getting my part in 6 business days (11 calendar days). The part did fit when it finally got here.
We do apologize for any carrier delays at this time. Please be advised with standard shipping, packages are typically shipped UPS Mail Innovations. UPS will pick the package up our location and once it's closer to the destination, the package will be handed off to USPS and can take 4-6 business days to be delivered. In the future, you may choose expedited shipping, as these packages are delivered within 1-3 working business days.

This will be a "principle" issue. I received the wrong product due to part numbers not matching correctly on the schematic sheet vs the ordering section. I called into customer service to resolve this. The resolve was doing an RMA for the incorrect product shipped to us, us ordering replacement product, and us paying to return the product back to the warehouse. Time is of more value than the actual dollar amount of the products, so I simply ordered the correct product, and will keep parts in which I will most likely never need or use or sell.
It is one thing if the error was on our end, it is another when it is on the suppliers end, and I believe that this should have been handled far better than it was. As we are also suppliers with an online business selling to folks across the globe. If the error is on our end we take care of it swiftly no matter the price of the product or size of the order.

I had some questions on the part to fit my exact machine and called the company the lady I talked to was very friendly and helped me with my purchase. The parts showed up fairly quickly and it was an exact fit and simple to install. Highly recommend this company.
Ordered replacement headlights for ATV, needed to modify the order after it was placed, and spoke with a lovely and helpful woman who assisted me. Parts came quickly and packaged well. Price was competitive for similar sellers as well. Will be ordering from here again
