I ordered a few things, some fasteners, orings, decals and an oil pan gasket. Everything was put into one box. A box that was too small for the oil pan gasket, therefore, the gasket was folded to fit in the box. I'll admit, whoever packed the box took care not to crease the gasket but when I received it, I still had to put it under some books to flatten it out. Kind of disappointing considering the hefty delivery fee.

Ordered a one way bearing, inner race, and a clutch cover gasket for my son's ttr90. Received all the parts in a timely manner in excellent new condition. Parts in turn fixed the issues we were having with the kick stater. Will definitely be ordering from Partzilla again.

Placed an order for a generator cover gasket. Description said it fits my bike. Received gasket and it does not fit. Researched part number and it in fact fits a different bike. Called Partszilla, informed them what happened. They immediately issued a refund for said gasket.
