I called customer support to verify the fitment of my 2 parts and they were helpful in confirming fitment. The part appeared to be quality and fit well. My only complaint is that partzilla is expensive but I understand why. I want to also note that Partzilla's webite said that the part did NOT fit my vehicle but after calling customer service the lady confirmed that it actually did. So I would say don't rely on their website fitment 100%.

Parts were easy to find on the site, they were shipped quickly, and parts were exact when I received them.
Received the hard to find carb part the had broken. A great relief because the local Yamaha dealers said it was unavailable. It was the small piston actuator for the fast idle on cold starts and the very small tip broke off and was sucking air. It runs fine now after it has set in storage for three years.

Been buying parts from here for a while, my latest small project was working on a '03 Honda XR50R. They had what I needed, at a great cost!
The site can be hard to navigate at times when you're looking for OEM parts. Also the shipping is slow even when you pay extra for expedited shipping. We are a business (Auto, power sports repair shop) and we need or parts as fast as possible at times. There is no option for faster shipping, just faster processing.
Good parts, fair price, accurate service, fast shipping. The sheer volume of non-stop marketing email that comes when you give them your email address for the order is insanely ridiculous. I just want to order the parts I need and not have to jump through hoops to stop from being inundated with irrelevant postings and *specials*. At least give folk the ability to opt out when placing the order.
I had placed an order for some parts on my CBR250R, and of course afterwards discovered I actually needed additional parts. I called the number and George was very helpful working with me to add the remaining parts to my order before it was picked so I didn't have to pay shipping again on a separate order. Very much appreciated!

Regarding your shipment, your order was placed with expedited 1–3 business day shipping and was shipped on July 1,2025. Due to the July 4th holiday, UPS was not operating, which impacted transit times across the board. Despite this, the package was delivered on July 7,2025, which was the third business day—within the expected delivery window for expedited service.
