I have yet to have a problem with any parts that i've ordered from Partzilla. Thank you guys so much for your fast delivery and product availability.
Partzilla has a good selection and good prices. However, I have on several occasions been very disappointed that an item labeled "in stock" is actually not. Also, items that are in stock are often held hostage to those that aren't when on the same order. I understand trying to keep costs down but just updating the shipping estimates on the public side of the site would alleviate this.

Regarding the hold up of orders, we highly recommend splitting up your order so you can receive the parts that are ready first. That can be done through a simple call to our amazing customer service team who can get that settled immediately. Regarding the in-stock issue, as a rule of thumb whenever a part says that it is "In Stock" we have it on hand and will ship it immediately. Whenever a part will "Ships in 1-2 days" or "Ships in 1-4 days", that is our estimate of how long it will take the manufacturer to deliver the part to us. Sometimes parts take longer when the manufacturer is late or there is a hold up in the order. We hope you will order from us again, with an amazing selection of OEM parts and great prices, we are hard to beat!

I have ordered probably around 30-40 parts from Partzilla.com and all of my orders have shipped when they said they would and actually were shipped, none of that printing a label and sitting in a warehouse 3 days crap that you get on some ebay things. The prices usually can't be beat and I have a feeling they might price match if it's a legitimate comparison from a real company. All of my orders have been fulfilled completely the first time which is more than I can say for cough cough, RevZilla. Anyways I would recommend them to anyone!

I always make sure to check part quantities before ordering. If they have an item in stock it will normally ship the same day. Dealing with the Boats.net and Partzilla.com for years now and very happy with all aspects of service I receive. Phone calls and emails are always answered, which is not the case with many online sellers. If your part is not showing in stock best to give them a quick call and have them check availability if you are in a hurry for the part. They are upfront and honest and will give you the lead times provided to them by the OEM Manufacturers. Due to the nature of my business I deal with many parts suppliers and these are the best and easiest to deal with.
Partzilla does a great job with competitive pricing against direct competitors and they are my first go to when finding parts for my AR240 HO.
Pricing is exceptional. Would be a 5 star with a few adjustment's to logistics. A minor update and parts availability would be a major upgrade. As a non oem shop we rely on companies such as Partzilla for fast accessibility of parts for our customers. We know that there is a warehouse in Nevada, so to know if the parts are in stock online in that warehouse that would be a game changer on which company we chose to buy parts. Another game changer would be, if you order a part with multiple pieces from Partzilla and it comes from Nevada and they don't have all in Nevada and part of it is in Georgia. Send all the parts from both warehouses. Don't order from oem and make the customer wait! I see many of the bad reviews are on waiting for parts and I understand their frustration.
The last place that I looked for the parts needed for build, service was immediate. I can say great service.
Best price I could find for the plug I need. Saved me probably about $10 compared to next cheapest place!

I've searched several companies online for the best prices available and I stopped looking once I found Partzilla. Shipping speeds have been what's expected. I wish they carried more of the random nuts and bolts for Polaris models instead of having to order directly from Polaris. Which takes around two weeks for them to come in. Overall highly recommended.

Restoring a 82 Honda Gold Wing Standard, and going thru it front to back and top to bottom. From brakes to hoses, timing belts to the fuel tank. I have found that Partzilla is my first stop to go to. Overall the prices are the best, Ok maybe one or two might be 25 cents higher but the shipping charges and the money you save on all the other parts you order, and the time in shipping is the best I have found. There will be that one they do not carry, and you might find it else where on ONE site and have to pay thru the nose but shop here first, save the extra money, fast shipping, and never had one problem. And not had to bend over once.
