I have used other company's in the past with slightly lower prices but, I had issues with delivery dates. Not knowing if the parts were in stock when I ordered was always a gamble. Partzilla hasn't let me down yet.

Lies and more lies. I ordered a CPS due to it being available and delivered in less than a week. After I ordered I recieved am email saying it would be to week. Finally another email saying it would be available for a month. The website still promising 3 days. When I cancelled the order, I was told there is a 15% restock fee. The business is a giant scam. I doubt there is a warehouse anywhere. Everything is promised in 3 days, but then ordered from the factory.

We are sorry to hear that you didn't have a great experience with us. We stock hundreds of thousands of parts and sell over a million genuine OEM parts for motors that were built in the '60s to present day.
Unfortunately, this means that to maintain a huge selection we can't have every part in stock. When a part is ordered that is not in stock, we order it from the manufacturer, most of the time the part is shipped within a day or two but sometimes even the manufacturer doesn't have the parts.
We always would like to be as transparent and upfront about shipping times as we can, but we are only given limited information by the manufacturer. We hope you better understand what happened with your order and you will give us another chance.

Ordered from these guys more than once. Only if it is the best price with S&H. Always get exactly what I order, for the exact price I expect, and always on time. I never ask for or pay for expedited or fast shipping. Just whatever is cheapest.

Despite the negative reviews that I've read, I've never had a problem with them. I've ordered many times from them and everything has always been accurately shipped in a timely manner. For most common parts that people would typically need, they usually have stocked and ships quick but if it is an odd part they don't have stocked, then they order it from the manufacturer and it could add a couple weeks to delivery. I think that's what most customers misunderstand about their shipping. I've also found that Partzilla's prices are lower than other online competitors and much lower than local dealers.

The past two orders I have placed with these guys have been terribly slow. Each time they have had to get the parts shipped In which could take an additional 3-5 days before they even ship it. Perhaps they should let the customer know about this delay prior to ordering. Summer is short up here in Colorado and I've wasted at least two precious weeks of the riding season waiting on Parts!

I was contacted by Todd R. [Partzilla.com Rep] after my first review of partzilla and this is what Todd wrote "If we are able to arrange a reimbursement for the currency exchange differential, would you agree to update your review?" LOL
After a few more messages I was contacted by Brittany Evans | Administration
Outdoor Network Call Center LLC and was offered a $10 credit on my next purchase that I declined as I wouldn't be dealing with them again. She then offered to mail me a check that I did accept... 30 day later no check.
Money was taken for a part that you did not have or get that was showing as in stock. Credit card was refunded but the exchange rate changed and I'm out $8.31 CAD. Was told to contact my credit card company (called them first) and they said call partzilla. Great customer support when you are willing to lose a repeat for $8

When something says "3-5 day delay" or whatever is says, what it actually means is you don't have in stock and have to order it. Usually I get stuff in a week or so, which is okay; however, lately the 3-5 day has been 2-3 weeks! I was told anytime I see a delay to call in and get a real estimated date. I think you should work on displaying a more accurate delivery date on out of stock items, I have a shop and when I don't know why things are delayed I have customers yelling at me because I say 3-5 days when it's weeks.

Purchased a Triumph Tiger 800XC Center Stand A******* for my 2013. It will be a great much needed accessory for the bike, especially since I frequently ride Forest Service roads. Partzilla has the lowest prices on oem Honda parts that I can find online. I only wish that they offered more shipping options.

I order from Partzilla all the time they stock more parts than any other single dealer I have ever seen. Sometimes they have to order them but even then I still have it in less than 1 week to my door
