Unbelievable
June 18, 2019

Ordered parts on June 6 and still in "preparing order" status. Called customer service multiple times. When I initially called June 13, I was told that parts were actually out of stock, (listed as in stock when ordered) but rest assured they were restocked on June 11 and going to be shipping out "right after my call." Waited until yesterday, June 17, to call back and the gentleman I talked to gave me the same line " Parts were out of stock but luckily came in on Saturday, and I would be getting a tracking number following the call." Today I called again saying I have not received a tracking number and the parts are still in "preparing order status." The lady this time said my parts were "being boxed as we spoke but it will cost $120 additional for shipping." I said "I ordered straight from the website and the order ticket said free shipping, as did some of the other promo material on the website and that these parts were pretty common components and free shipping was unmistakably offered when I submitted my order and clearly this couldn't be such an oversight, but rather gross negligence." I am supposed to be getting an email" explaining shipping today as well as a call back but am not holding my breath. Truly and utterly unbelievable.

I buy parts from these guys all the time i own a repair shop in SF and they have been pretty good about sending items now the prices are all the lowest around and the shipping is free if over $150 so it makes it pretty budget friendly

This is my experience from my first partzilla order. It took just over 2 weeks to arrive to Australia including over a long weekend (public holiday), I thought this was quite quick. The parts were significantly cheaper, especially shipping costs compared to other places I researched (still not cheap for 2 o-rings and a special o-ring seal at $25 AUD including shipping). The parts came well packaged and as described (even GENUINE HONDA!). Overall very happy and now I can hopefully get my xr600 intake manifold to seal properly and allow me to tune the engine correctly. On a side note, all the negative reviews almost prevented me from using partzilla, but I'm glad I took them with a grain of salt. If an item works out cheaper using partzilla and isn't a priority part I will gladly use them again. Another side note, items listed as available in x-x days obviously means it's not in stock!

Available does NOT mean in stock OR even still available from the manufacturer... they are, by their own customer service reps, just trolling for sales and leaving the naive customers waiting for parts promised and never arriving... With over 3 million parts shipped around the world to hundreds of thousands of happy customers, we assure you, we are not trolling anybody. While we have nearly all the parts seen on our website in stock, we do not have them all. We make sure to notify the customer if the part he/she ordered is not in stock, we then order the part for him/her from the manufacturer. Unfortunately, sometimes even the manufacturer can be delayed, and sometimes even for up to a month. In cases like these, the status of these parts is for the most part out of our hands until it arrives at one of our 2 East and West coast distribution centers where it is immediately shipped out to the customer. We hope you understand that we would never leave our customers without their parts, if you haven't received your parts yet please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and our customer service team will look into it.

We have used them for all of our oem parts, good people too. Pricing is comparable to others. They do need to tell you if they are waiting on a part to ship your order in its entirety though. You will have to call for an order update otherwise it will just show the order as processing.

Frustrating
June 7, 2019

It seems like nothing is accurate. When I first starting using them to buy one parts there's was a guy that was rude to me. I called to check inventory on a product and he stated why don't you use the website it would show you what we have availabile. So I then order more stuff and it took forever to come. I called asked for a manager and got with Matthew Brown which is an assistant manager. He corrected for me and all. This week I ordered parts do that I can work on my bike and a client bike. I order clutch for a client which they was all in stock two days ago and they yet to still have gone out and I have paid for expedited shipping smfh. I also put I. My order which everything said it was in stock just got shipped out yesterday due to there was a part not in stock and mind you I placed my order on Monday and I paid for expedited shipping. I didn't get a call about a part not in stock etc this will be my last time using them though

All the parts I needed were in stock and shipping time was reasonable. Prices on some OEM parts have recently gone significantly over the past few months. I know this is not Partzilla's fault, but goes back to their supplier(s). Partzilla is normally my "go to" source, but the price increases have led me to also shop other sources to find the best pricing.
Hopefully, the price increases will settle out.
