They suck! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE VIA PHONE - SCAMMERS! No help at stores couldn't answer my question due to Corp giving NO INSTRUCTIONS!
Poor quality products: 12" balloons package you only find three the rest are a smaller version like 6" GRRR! The helium tanks (2) couldn't Inflate 72 balloons in the one package. Cheap & CHEAT You! Better going to Dollar Store they do all the work great quality balloons lasts up to a week $1 per Balloon!

This is the 2nd time this year that i have had issues with them, the first time was in January and they never shipped one of my things for a b day party and they delivered it after the date they said they would. This time, i noticed after the fact of the delivery date-my invites wont be here in time to hand out and mail so i called them with in 5 minutes of ordering and the order said it wont ship until the next day, so i called and the unhelful lady said it still might ship today and i told her it was 5 minutes ago and she couldnt change the order but told me that i could go to a store 45 minutes away to return it... i needed the invites the say it said it would be here before i ordered not the date it gave me after i placed the order... this place has horrible customer sevice, they dont care about customers. I will be taking my business to other party stores and not enable this one any longer. They are horrible and dont work with you at all but they also lie to you telling you the order wont go out until tomorrow but that it still might...

All my experiences at party city have not been pleasant. Not only do the stores have a strange oder but have horrible employees. I have had my fair share of bad employees, but party city really tops them all. Not only are they rude but also mannerless. Eye rolling, throwing bags at the customers, smacking their lips, completely flat out ignoring the customer, saying racial slurs, etc. ive complained several times and ive never seen any improvements.
PartyCity really needs to work on who they are employing and how they're training them. I would also recommend hiring mature managers that will handle a situation with an unbiased mind set.

I have always shopped from their website, but looks like they never value their customers and never listen to their customers. Experience I had was horrible I am sure anyone would have stoped business with them. They lied to me saying they never recieved my email they lied that they will ship at and of course they charged me overnight. Nothing hurt me but the way the lady treated me over the phone the way she talked to me It hurts we give business for this company. You know there are lots different websites we can buy party supplies. Right after I was done with emoloyee over the phone I took everything back to return I did have party next day but decided not use their item I went i bought them from target with great service no matter online or on site. I am hopping this company adress this issue and train well their employees if they want to stay in the market.

I love Partycity so much. I have been shopping at this store for years. The site is really cool. They have almost everything that someone could possibly want to throw a party. They carry such a wide variety of matching table clothes. Cups napkins for all types of party themes. They have such a nice selection for children. They carry all kinds of favors and decorations for any party. Children as well as adult party favors. Streamers in every color you can imagine. Compared to other stores they are reasonable in prices. They also have Halloween costumes for children and adults to. I love the wedding things they have. There balloons are really cool. Buying from them is very easy and the products are what they show. They stand buy all there party supplies. If you have to return something that you changed your mind about, refunds are easy. Because I may be getting married soon I have been shopping for a cake topper. The toppers they have are really cute. I especially like the one with the just married couple in the little car. The Hollywood theme party items are really neat. The candy buffet with the different colored jordan almonds to match any theme. I think are really cool, I like the wedding shower favors a lot. The wedding bell candies are very nice. Since I am planning my own wedding and want it to be a day I will never forget I want things perfect. If I choose what I want for my party then no one can make mistakes when getting my supplies. If I make the mistake I can send it back myself to Partycity. I have been using this store for many years. I have never had a bad experience with them. I will always shop at Partycity for anything that has to do with party needs. I hope this site is helpful for someone.
