Store 650, Party City Riverpoint - aggressive manager, unhelpful, rude. The staff and the manager were not capable to fulfill a b-day party ballon order paid at 10 am for a 5 pm pick up; rude to redirect. It seems as the customer has to accommodate for the lack of competency, long waiting lines. To get the money refunded I was told to wait again in the extremely long line, second time wait for the same unresolved issue. Not a safe place altogether, would not set foot on this location even again

I went in trying to return decorations I didn't need and instead of helping the employees started cursing at me and slamming their fists on the counters and threatened my 3 year old. Have never been so disrespected by employees in my life and they proceeded to call the cops on me even though their employee followed me out to my car still cursing at me.
I bought in my own balloons thinking they could fill them up for me at a reasonable price and each balloon was rung up at 5.99 which would me my total would be like $60 or something dollars for air. What a load of CRAP. Not going back.

I placed an order 7/24 and it shipped 7/26. It was split into two shipments and both said they'd be delivered by 7/29. One box came 7/29 the other never did. The following day, deliver changed to 7/30 by end of day. Again it never came. On 7/31 progress changed to "please check back again later". On that day I contacted party city. Got an email saying one box was delivered and the other in transit. Since then I've emailed them 3 other times and no reply. Today is 8/10,15 days since it was shipped and I still have not gotten it. I've not gotten a reply. I filed a claim with UPS and they've changed my progress to "trying to locate package/investigation only". That was 4 days ago and nothing yet. I've asked party city to refund my money or send another product since it is not my fault the package is lost and I paid for it along with the shipping. Can not get to a live person when calling no matter what option I pick. I understand UPS lost the package not party city but I did business with party city and feel they should be finding my package or replacing it but nobody will respond!
Stay Away! Bugs everywhere! Costumes with stains! Torn balloons! And NO REFUNDS! Unbelievable! Ugh!
No one in stores will help you and don't bother calling their corporate office. You'll just be lead in a circle of pressing buttons talking to a voice recording. So yourself a favor and buy your party supplies elsewhere
Bought all of our party supplies from Party City online for Gender Reveal. Were told from the local Store if we brought in the balloons the would take care of us- the day before the Reveal they told us they would NOT blow up the Gender Reveal balloon and there would be a charge to blow up the rest of the balloons! Worst experience ever! They just lost a customer! I will go ANYWHERE else! Way to ruin our special day Party City!
Many choices, BUT if you plan and buy ahead, especially for large events, DO NOT buy! The return policy is just 30 days! I won't go to Party City for anything

On 4/28/19 I made an online purchase for some party supplies and a personalized Birthday banner total plus tax and shipping came up to $46.60. Party city took the purchase amount out of my debit card immediately okay on 4/29/19 the next day party city took an extra $21.39 even though they had already took the full amount of my order purchase of $46.60 those people double charged me for the price of one personalized Birthday banner so they actually charged my debit card a total of $67.99. I most certainly will never order anything from those morons /crooks again and would give them zero star's if I could.
So I made an order April 18th, and they send me a shipment confirmation on the 23rd. Then out if nowhere, April 24th, they send me an email regarding the payment of $60 and sum cannot be processed even though I paid for EVERYTHING in my card on the 18th. I think that is gonna delay my daughters orders, but all i know is that I'm not ordering from this bs site again after that happened.
I spoke to an employee (Luc)on the phone about invitations. I could not believe how he spoke to me. When I called his manager and spoke to her for a lengthy time I thought things would be different. It got worse. It was if there was a disconnect between the manager and her employee. I did not expect that I would have to deal with him ever again. I cannot go into everything That he said that was rude. It would be too lengthy. Needless to say I had to deal with him again. Because there was two people on the cash register and him. I am 43 years old and I have never called a corporate office on anyone before in my life. I will be doing it this time. Luckily I typed up everything that happened before and I just need to add this second experience to my letter.
It was our son's first birthday and we had purchased a tank of helium for balloons. It was broken and would not work the morning of the party. The manager from the St. Cloud, MN store offered to DRIVE TO OUR HOUSE and deliver a new one. WOW! We were so grateful, as we live a half an hour away from the store and didn't have time to run in to get a new one. Thank you to that manager!
I ordered custom balloons on a Monday and they said it would leave their warehouse by Wednesday. That however, did not happen and I did not receive the balloons in time of the party. For the money I paid, extremely disappointed.
I bought candy for a project at party city and during the project I was staying awake after how much candy I was eating it kept me up all night I love party city :D
This company ruined parties a lot they don't have any useful things but costumes and candy they don't help you at all stay away!

I can't express how much he has helped us out. Thank you to the GM for all your help. I tell ppl about his business and will be telling ppl to go there.

Answer: No. I just spend 30 minutes on the phone and they refused to refund my order placed hours ago, even though they agree their website promised a delivery date they won't be able to meet.
Answer: Easy, but their substandard voip system with their employees working from home and the crying kid in the background makes for a trying experience.
Answer: There are many locally owned smaller party stores that are always cheaper and the service is better most of the time. No long waits and if they don't have what you need they can order it.
