I needed these parts at the time I placed my order, at that time I didn't think it would be a big deal, I was able to get the parts elsewhere and I requested to cancel my order but I got no response, it wasn't a large amount so I let it go, next time I will demand a refund if it's going to take this long.

I was, am, glad I found you. Good price. I felt the tach should of been better wrapped it was thrown into a mailing envelope and the box it came that was in the envelope was dinged up. I won't know if it damaged the tach for a couple months. It is winter here and boat won't get out for awhile. Still putting finishing touches on build. It has no visible damage so I am hopeful. I am also hopeful if it does you will honor it. Thanks will buy again from you this is the second boat I have built. One more left in me.

Like the site. Easy to find what you need. Fair pricing. Will return for future purchases. The only issue I had was that I ordered the 20hr service kit and think I received the 100hr kit instead?! I don't think Yamaha requires the moisture separator to be changed at the 20hr mark?! The only thing not in the kit I received was an impeller and lower unit seals which it's not time for?
2nd time I ordered maintenance kit for my 2012 Yamaha 150 Hp, plus harder to find good marine grease. Quick shipping and discounts. Price is higher but still cheaper than dealer service. Great place for repair parts. Need to plan ahead.
The experience was good, one of the items was the wrong oil weight in the oil change kit. Since it could have been my mistake, and because it was acceptable I did not complain or choose to change it.
Everything was in perfect condition and it was just what i needed for my 100 hr service.
