The order came in two days. The kit was great. Service manual is on back order for 4 months. Oil filter wrench I bought did not fit. Probably my mistake.

Everything was delivered on time, the only hiccup was the oil filter wrench I ordered didn't fit the filters in the kit. Not sure if I ordered the wrong one or if the wrong one shipped. Anyway overall a great experience.

Received both of the products I ordered. One of the filters came with the box completely smashed open and a small dent in the filter. I don't think this affects the performance of the part so it was installed. There was no damage to the exterior packaging of my shipment, so the smashed box and dented filter were packed and shipped to me from PartsVu in that condition.

Quick delivery and lowest prices - best combo of service! But, don't understand paying NJ state sales tax. Products ordered so far do not appear to be warehoused from NJ.
They only had the one item on my two orders and the other items were not available till march 2022, which I could not wait that long. I did contact them to cancell the rest of my order and refund my money, haven't heard yet on the one order refund.

I do see that this order shipped in a flat padded envelope. Because that is basically bubble wrap it would not show signs of damage. While this method is very effective at protecting the product, there are always times when ultimately the carrier still does damage the product.
