When ordered it said all parts were in stock, when i got my order 2 items were backordered, i did get my hat a few days later but i am still waiting on my water pump rebuild kit and the order was short the drain plug gaskets it said 2 were shipped but only 1 in a baggy.
They had the parts I needed and shipped them out fast.

The oil filter box wasn't packed properly. The oil filter was loose in the packing box and the oil filter box was crushed between the gallon jug of oil and the bottle of gear oil. The oil filter is still usable. A little packing material around the oil filter box (which is from Mercury and is flimsy), should be wrapped around this item when shipped with other heavy/bulky items.
Never heard of this website but sure glad I found it! I've found my new source for all my Yamaha outboard motor needs!

Well this part that was orderd didn'tfit so I sent it back and re -ordered the another size to fit the motor on my boat. Still waiting for my credit on my card. I was told to mail back the item and once they received it I wouldget tge credit back. Again still waiting. Hoping they stand by there word.

At the time you placed your order back in 2021 we advised that while the speaker was available the Radio was on backorder. We emailed you every time the part was pushed back with the newly given estimated availability date until the part finally came in and shipped to you.
