I ordered parts from there got the parts opened the box they were wrong never tooo them out of the box returned them in perfect condition payed for shipping paid &86.00 plus paid $23.00 for shipping because I accidentally put " no longer needed" then left a comment saying they were the wrong parts they only gave me back $72.00 and kept $14.00 from me for no reason just because I put "no longer needed" I have never in my life returned a product and not get my full refund back absolutely ridiculous if you have to return something and you want your full refund back go to AutoZone or' O'Reilly's never again

Package never showed up. Both UPS and Partsgeek said it's not their problem. The one other time this happened the vendor replaced my order at their expense. I shrugged that one off, went to but some fenders from them, and they wanted $200 for shipping and handling with a two week delivery time. I found the same parts at lower cost elsewhere, for $72 S&H, with a two day delivery.
Ordering parts from here was my first mistake, I placed the order on Nov 6 and only because I had my truck tore apart. So upon searching I had a pop up from here the price was reasonable and the only reason I ordered from here cuz it said if you order before 3 p.m then you'll receive it bye Wed which would of been the 8th of Nov. And to guarantee it bye the 8th I purchased expedited shipping, Wed came and still no parts so I started checking the tracking # and no info available so I filled out a customer service request and all I got back was customer service is unable to see tracking info so I tried to make several attempts. Thurs morning I find a email saying your parts have shipped, so when I bought the parts a shipping label was generated but nobody pulled the order and when I finally got a hold of someone he proceeds to tell me we have 2 to 5 business to ship it, okay that's not what it said and why is it taking 2 1/2 days to ship my order when it said it would be here bye the 8th not ship it on the 8th. There's plenty of other places online to buy parts avoid this place at all costs don't make the same mistake I did. There customer service is horrible there incompetent,unprofessional, and they certainly don't back up there word.
3 times charm. I got charged for your mistake on sending wrong parts for a return and no compensation just a hard time like I'm trying pull something over. I understand policy but u should put that in bold print that we meaning you! Eff up you pay! Not acceptable if I ran my business like that I'd be in streets homeless straight up! Need to fix that. Either way I'll never use this sight again nor will my customers

Horrible service. We ordered parts,never got delivered. Apparently Part geeks ordered L&R to Shipp them back to them. I asked I can go and get them they insisted that they follow part geeks demand. ( don't ask me how a 3 hour trip to ship back is better than a 40m and gain a satisfied customer)
They still want to charge for shipping. The carrier had a wrong number to call in advance therefore we never got the call.
Think twice before buying anything from them. I do hope that one day the US will patrol these online stores and revoke licenses tgat aren't meeting ethics. I'd say it's crucial so American business prosper again or it'll be taken over.sad Era for the us...

Really! Bad service from two different people all they can do is read from a piece a paper no help will never order of them again I will take my chances with a 3rd party order on Amazon then to deal with them all they do is lie
I bought muffler from partsgeek 5 times. Three time of the 5 was from the website and always after 2 days for the three times of purchasing I receive cancellation notice due to part out of stuck. I also purchased the same part from partsgeek on Ebay. After a week my item was delivered but unfortunately the part was delivered elsewhere then for the fifth time i purchased from partsgeek the same item on Amazon and after a week my shipping status was item delivered and as usual my item was delivered elsewhere and for both times ebay and Amazon the track number that was provided to me from partsgeek was wrong and after i called the shipment carrier they confirmed that the tracking number i gave it to them which i got from partgeek was wrong address not my address and that happened from partgeek on Ebay and Amazon so finally here is what i think about partgeek.it is a fraud company and even if its real then the people who works in partsgeek don`t know how to list item and have no clue if its out of stuck before they list it and they also don`t know either how to ship items to right shipping address to the right buyer so i would say stay away of this company for 5 times they failed to send me muffler.
I recently placed an order for some Autoparts threw the company i work for and for whatever reason they flagged it for fraud and refused to sell to me because i am an employee and do not have any bills in my name or anything meeting their requirements. I asked multiple times to have a supervisor contact me over the matter and the rep i was dealing with completely ignored my requests... THIS SITE IS A JOKE DO NOT SHOP HERE. They are a total waste of time!

They send you wrong parts purposely and don't honor their product promises. You'll get the wrong parts for your car then they argue that they won't except returns and scam you. It's the W I S H.com of ordering car parts. RUN! Huge Scam Company!
This is my last trip to parts geek. Twice now I've gotten defective parts on two different occasions. Parts geek will not even respond. They show only good reviews on their site like they have a good rating when in actually they are horrible.
I ordered a taillight for an Audi A6. I received a the incorrect one, and returned it and bought the correct one from Parts Geek. After 2 weeks I have not received the $224 refund. When I call, no answer. On hold over 30min. Call back the next day, same thing. Finally someone answered but very difficult to understand. I was told that the item was not received. Sent by USPS and confirmed...
I purchased 4 items from them. One was completely wrong. One was the cheaper version of what I actually purchased! I had to return a part which I am still waiting for credit on. After reading reviews about DIY solutions headlights I purchased a set for $421. They had a cheaper version from DEPO at $190 each or $380 for both. I was sent the cheapest version but paid $40 more for the better option. I told them I would keep them but wanted them to credit me the $40. They said I would have to return them and purchase again! I told them they would just send the same ones back to me. I was told that it all depends on what warehouse was sending them out. So if you buy a $300 part you may receive the $100 part instead! Crazy! My advice to anyone buying from them is DON'T! If you do buy from them get the lowest price item you are looking for because that's all you'll get! The customer service does not exist! Everything they screw up becomes your problem to fix! Your time and your expense! Horrible.
Parts Geek! Even though they say they have your part and it'll ship right away,you'll get an email after you pay saying it's back ordered.wont refund money could be 6 months before you see a part.i went through this 6weeks every day to finally get paypal to get it I fought with both everyday,3 months later I got the part delivered sent back,I thought about screwing them like they did me.buy just want done with them, terrible company.more people I tell the more I find went through it also.

This company is back after i return the part back to them they are saying i need to be wait 10days until my refund is credit to my account.why the company want to hold the money for too many days.becuse of them my car is not fixed yeah.
Sent damaged part. Sent proof via photo it was done at the source when putting it in the shoipping container as the shipping container was in perfect condition. Would not send out new part ASAP since I needed it for appointment with bodyshop. Only option was to wait on their 3 to 5 day refund process or order ASAP to have sent. Total lack of customer focus/service.
Sells parts that do not fit even though their website states that they do. Customer service is a joke. On hold for over an hour to be told they will not accept my return.
On Sept. 19th I ordered parts for my 2005 siverado 2500HD. All the parts are right except, I ordered a shock kit for the truck. The rear ones fit but the front ones are to short and to small of diameter I tried to get a return number but they said I couldn't get a partial refund on the kit but had to send the whole kit back. I've got the rear shocks on so now are considered used and can't be returned.
I tried to get just the new front ones refunded but not without all 4. Their online catalog shows that you can order them separately but I was told as long as it was a kit it couldn't be a partial refund!
