I'll keep this short. Ordered parts on April 17 parts didn't ship. I called on April 21 and was tolled to wait another day or two. Called again April 24 was told I'd get a call back that day with the problem. No call. April 27 I called to cancel order got the run around was hung up on had to call back several times finally got to speak with some incharge they refused to cancel the order and blamed the covid 19 out break and shortage of warehouse workers. Ok I get that. Then why did I have to wait ten days to get a reason and why was I not notified about such lengthy delays. My vehicle is due an inspection and I needed these parts. So I was told they would ship today. We'll see.
Do not buy from this company! I ordered a passenger side tail lamp assembly for an '06 Ford F150. When I went to install, it was a driver side (L) tail lamp assembly. I called Partsgeek to arrange a return and they said I would need to do the return online and wait for the credit to my card. I ordered a replacement on the phone when explaining what they had done. The manufacturer (TYC) part number shows 11-5934-01-1, which is driver side (L). Partsgeek label shows 11-5933-01-1, which is for the passenger side (R) tail lamp. Partsgeek put the right label on the wrong box. I received the replacement and it was the same problem. They sent me an RMA to return the item, but get this. They wanted me to pay the return shipping charges for their screw up. Unbelievable! I'll never purchase from this company again and suggest you reconsider your purchase, or just hope you get the right part the first time.
Returned a part that wrong on their website. No return. A total run around from customer service. First they said they received the part. Then they changed the story. A total joke

They sent me a defective part. To return the part i have to pay shipping. Customer support hang up on me when i requested they pay for shipping. Rude unprofessional company
Ordered a kit that included filter cup, o-ring and filter. Got jus the filter cup and o-ring, no filter. Double checked the their website for the item I ordered. Sure enough, it said it "featured: filter cup, o-ring and filter. Called their customer service and the lady who answered was short with me. I asked them to just send me the missing filter. She seriously stated: "It is our policy NOT to send you the missing part." She wanted me to send the item back and reorder it. Ha. She submitted a support ticket for me. I got an email with an RMA instructing me to send the item back and to insure it and get tracking because they are NOT responsible for return shipping, damaged or lost items.
How does a company exist when they make a mistake and you have to spend your money to try and get back the money you spent already on their mistake.
I will not purchase from here again and I encourage you to get your parts elsewhere..

Terrible customer service even spoke to manager Anthony who assured me an answer to my missing parts a month later still no replies piss poor service. After reading the reviews on this company I see why everybody seem to have an issue I recommend you buy local universe cost you twice as much money because I never did get my parts it's been six weeks now they don't seem to care once I get your money you're done just ask Anthony!
WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY
I ordered parts for my car, They charged my credit card and kept me waiting for 2 days, then the cancelled the order... It was not in stock. WHY THE WEBSITE IS SHOWING THAT MY PARTS ARE AVAILABLE THEN? WASTING MY TIME?
That's not all. They are supposed to reimburse me with the price of parts + Tax only NOT THE SHIPMENT FEE!
WHY? I haven't received any merchandise or service

So I bought a gas cap from ECS tuning and it was the right cap they sent me but not the one I wanted. So I decided to buy it from $#*!ing parts geek and they had my gas cap. It was literally the same cap from my car, or at least the photo showed it was the same one as the one on my car. I wait a $#*!ing week for this thing (which with ecs tuning they sent it to me in 3 days on their cheapest shipping) and I get some cheap $#*!ing Taiwan gas cap. It even says it's from Gates and if you know Gates, then you know they said you stuff and it has their name on it and this thing doesn't have gates anywhere on this thing. $#*!ing super disappointed so I go to return it and I then figure out that I HAVE TO PAY THE SHIPPING TO RETURN THE $#*!ING ITEM. Worst $#*!ing company and I will be sharing this $#*! on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and with any friends that need car parts. ALL IN ALL DONT $#*!ING GET ANYTHING FROM PARTS GEEK.
I ordered a set of mirrors for my truck-a right side and a left side mirror. I received two left side mirrors. I called customer service and emailed several times. I wanted a return number, a prepaid shipping label (since it was their mistake-not mine)and a credit back to my charge card. Each time I phoned them they said it would be taken care of. It has not been taken care of! It has now been almost a month they have ignored me, out and out lied to me, and not resolved this issue. I am so disgusted, angry, and disappointed with PartsGeek. The one mirror I could use is so cheaply made I hated to put it on the truck, but did anyways since it is what I have. I will NEVER order from this two bit company again, and I advise you, too, not to take a chance on ordering from this scam type operation. STAY AWAY!

My truck broke down and I needed an upper control arm so I found one on Park key for reasonable price I double check to make sure the right part in ordered it I paid $50 to the express shipping I get the part and it's the wrong one I go to call customer service and I can't get ahold of anyone I look up the part number on the website where I bought it and it says no such part exists. I was relying on this part to get here in time so I could get to work probably lose my job because these $#*!ing morons
Stay away!. Parts Geek sent us an incorrect part. They acknowledge that the part they sent was incorrect. They refused to pay the return shipping. They did reimburse us for the part, but would not pay the return shipping, blaming it on the warehouse. We did all of the correct return steps, but they tried to tell us that it was our fault for not filling out the correct forms online. We did and they sent 2 emails giving us instructions. None of them included prepaid shipping.
The manager hung up on us and we were not saying anything inappropriate or yelling at her. We would advise finding someplace else to purchase your parts.

I ordered from said company, they sent me different part then was listed on order confirmation. To make it worse, they make you pay for return shipping for their mistake. Sounds like a good way to run a company, doesn't it!.

I ordered a cruise release and didn't see one was for clutch and one for brake. I accused them for being at fault. Then I found out I didn't read the fine print that the part was for a clutch mount. Sorry part geek.
My daughter wrecked her car I had her as part of learning order the parts to replace it. Unfortunately we ordered from parts geek it cost half as much to ship as it did for the parts themselves shipping is a rip-off here. Two parts were short because the box that they all came in was horribly wrapped. We called they were rude but submitted a claim to UPS. They told us it would be up to 30 days for UPS to complete their investigation. I asked if they would cancel those two items and give me my money back and they could deal with UPS take the parts back. They flatly refused my daughter. They hung up on her gave her a run around and we're generally rude and abusive to a sixteen-year-old. I called and told them I had stopped payment via the credit card company and they could work it out with the credit card company that they would I would hold their money up to 90 days.
Absolutely horrible company never do business with them as hundreds of people seem to have found out.
