I received an email from the PartsGeek saying that I needed to update my address (which was NOT even an address I'm familiar with so why would I put that?), and I couldn't change it, so I called UPS, they told me that they can't change it and to call the shipper (PartsGeek), so I call them. And guess what? They can't change the shipping address either! And what's more? The customer service man says that it's my fault for not putting the correct address! He actually says that. So I call UPS and again and tell them what they said, and now I need to pick it up at the holding facility on Monday, an hour and a half out of my way. What the heck.
They would get zero stars if this review would let me do that. Please just shop for your parts elsewhere.
I ordered a part from this site that ended up breaking. After contacting the manufacturer of the the part, I was told I needed to contact Parts Geek. When I called, Parts Geek recused to help. The man I was on the phone with literally laughed and then hung up. Horrible customer service.

2000 Camry LE does NOT have a cabin air filter. I found that out looking at U-Tube for replacement 'how to instructions. They sold it to me anyway as quote "2000 Camry Cabin Air Filter"
Cost was reasonable: $15.07, but customer is required to pay return shipping, which based on weight and size of the box, is $13.60! Ridiculous! Cabin Air Filters did not come along until much later. SFP! PartsGeek you are not a Geek bcs we true Geeks have integrity, are honest and strive for perfection. Take a hike, eh, you hoser!
Ordered. A 4 seasons parts and got a standard motor part some of the parts were made in China I do not use anything from China bad parts
Terrible Service, I guess thats why you cant leave reviews on their facebook, due to the fact on how awful they handle customer service. We ordered a part that needed a second part to install. Payed extra for over night shipping. After telling my customer that the part was ordered overnight, i was just informed today that my item shipped today, ground shipping no less, 4 days after i placed my order, and that the over night shipping i payed for only applied to the couple of bolts they sent me as a "fastener kit". 0 stars if i could.
Ordered fenders for a 1962 Chevy Impala 8/3/20. Shipper showed on 8/5/20 with a hood for a 87-93 Mustang. Denied accepting the part from the shipper at that time. Packing slip even showed 62 chevy impala fender right qt1. And 62 Chevy Impala fender left qty 1. Have been hung up on so many times I can not count on one hand. From as soon as I start talking to them up until I have asked for a manager which I have only been able to talk to one time. Fast forward to today 8/26/20 I get a email the ware house has still not received the part back. I called the shipping company and they have had the part back at the warehouse since 8/19/20 at 12:04 p.m. Just order your parts from somewhere else and pay the extra hundred or so dollars and order from a better company.
I ordered a very vehicle specific trailer wiring conversion set from these goof balls. Of, course, it was for the wrong year version of my car. I called to return it, left messages cuz customer service is non existent. After a month of calls for a return number, I finally did get a call back. So I sent it back with the required RA number, verified that it was delivered, and another month of wasted unanswered phone messages never got a refund or the right part. They basically stole $50 from me. Find what you need elsewhere or just burn your money.
I ordered 2 parts, and got one! When I called them they told me I was "Jumping the gun" and needed to wait a few more days. So today I call, and I'm hung up on! I call back and I am told they will have to call me! What a joke! I PAID FOR 2 PARTS... SEND ME TWO PARTS! I will dispute this with my credit card company and get my refund, Since no one at this company wants to help! There are so many frauds in this world, why are companies like this still allowed to stay in business?
Rep Hangup on me when I asked him to transfer to a manager. They dont take care of their customers, Very poor service. Cheap parts and part never come in in time. No Way to cancel the part.

I ordered a set of 6 ignition coils for an MBZ 320
3 Coils arrived out of 6 ordered with shipping manifest confirming this.
Because i was at the mechanic already I had them purchase and install the missing 3 coils.
PartsGeek experience:
- impossible to reach customer service by phone. 20 mins hold and then disconnect on many occasions.
- submitted online ticket and tried to communicate via customer support ticket emails. No meaningful answers, no refund, no shipping of missing coils so i can return (as they stated) for refund. NOTHING but meaningless and misleading and confusing lying via CS messages.
Despite sending them their own packing list.
HORRIBLE. DO NOT EVER USE THEM. This is a month later and still not resolved
I ordered parts for my car they all were not shipped to me I installed what they sent and then they said they would not give me the parts that they did not send me unless I return the ones I installed never will use them again! Not even money back. Nor credit.
Don't shop here. They sent me the wrong part that cost me $100 and they said that I had to pay to send it back because of their mistake. Complete unprofessional and I will be sure to contact the BBB.
I bought a wheel cylinder for my truck. They sent the wrong one. They told me to get an RMA # online and send back. The shipping cost the same as the part. They will not send me the correct part so I am out the cost. The customer service told me they are not liable for the shipping costs.
How do you send me the wrong parts and then close the ticket for help? I ordered a hood, fender, fender liner and retention pins, as well as a grille for my 2005 Chrysler Pacifica. The grille was about 2 inches too short. My car never had a fender liner. Retention pins was too large for fender liner. I put fender on driver side and I put hood on. Grille didn't fit and I mistakenly drove vehicle to get air in tires and hood flew up and cracked my windshield. Hood is dented all up. Now I'm out $300 plus another $400 to replace windshield. Parts Geek won't exchange grille, refund me for fender liner, Retention pins or even make a good faith effort to rectify this situation, knowing im out of well over $500 for wrong parts which they should have guaranteed. I also have to buy new windshield, GRRR NEVER AGAIN WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH PARTS GEEK AGAIN. STAY CLEAR OF THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE HELP AT ALL.

Ordered right and left fender for a 62 Chevy Impala 8/3. Delivery service showed up with a hood for a 87-93 Mustang on 8/5. Did not accept part due to it being wrong. Called and talked a guy and he said they would refund withing in 7-14 business days of receiving the part. Fast forward to 8/17 called because I have not heard anything etc. they still do not have the part and it has to be inspected to make sure it was not used etc... Refund info will be sent to my email and money will be refunded 7 to 14 business days after that. This company is a scam. Why couldn't they just send me the right parts insead of jumping through hoops. They have even said they have seen where I denied acceptance. Stay away from them they are horrible to deal with on day 13 and still say they do not have the part back.
I ordered a front box protector for a 96 k2500 and they sent me a tailgate protector. When I called I got no apology Just a customer service rep. That had no patience and was Very obnoxious. Never do business with these people. Very difficult to get a return label even Its a long wait on hold also.
We placed an order that was almost $1000 with Partsgeek. The items shipped we were provided 3 different tracking numbers for the items. With no clear way to tell which item would be with which tracking number. The delivery service they used contacted me to set up delivery for 2 of the three tracking numbers. The 3 tracking was with UPS and showed up without an issue. The delivery service for the 2 tracking numbers only delivered 2 of the 6 items that we were expecting from them and returned the others to Parts geek stated they could not reach me. Partsgeek refuses to refund the shipping cost which is over $300. I think it is a scam that they have set up to make extra money. We will never order from Partsgeek again. In fact we needed other parts and found other place to order from
Supervisor BILL at partsgeek is the worst person to deal with sending defected parts back that are less than 30 in service with an 1 year warranty. Irather go the the junk yard for better quality parts and service. ALL parts were installed by ASE auto shop this company should be renamed partsjunk! Answer: You'll pay plenty for shipping and if they give you the wrong part, you'll pay to ship it back. It's in their terms. You pay shipping both ways, regardless of fault.
