I ordered a cv axle for right front honda accord lx it asked me the year make and model and what size engine it never asked for a manual or automatic transmission so I got the part mechanic didn't realize it wasn't the correct axle and had to take it out and go to advance and get the right one and on there return policy the shipping would be about the same as what I paid for the part so if I return it I would gain my return but then have lost it due to shipping policy everyone please read very carefully before you purchase from them online I will go locally so i can exchange if its not right or if its broken either way this company is making major profit on all returns I will never recommend anyone to order form this site you should honor the shipping and the product especially if we had to cover the shipping for it to come I have never seen a company make the customer be responsible to pay to send it back in the long run i spent more trying to get it cheaper when if i had went locally it would have just been my time wasted not money

Purchased a part from PartsGeet because they advertised as having multiple units in stock. Five (5) days later and part still has not shipped. Also, the first email you receive after the order is placed is that the order cannot be cancelled. Scam. Do not order from PartsGeek.

Then to ship it BK u need a mr something code shove it company ur lucky it ain't my part of personally deliver it an make sure I get the rite part the old one might be stuck up customer service asses you actually should give the part free now since I guys can't get anything rite pathetic company

When we first heard of them we we're iffy too but decided to try them and was amazed, we've been going to them for a lot
We have bought from Parts Geek more then once and I'll tell ya they have great products that are normally a little cheaper then in store and great quality, their shipping says 7 to 10 days normally but order something Friday and we normally have it come Monday or Tuesday. We LOVE THEM and HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM

Biggest Scam and Worthless Customer Service
April 14, 2021

Purchased a replacement exhaust for my 2012 Honda. I get a text message while sitting on my front step that the parts were delivered via FedEx. No parts or boxes to be found. I contacted FedEx which told me to contact the vender. After contacting the vender I received an email to contact FedEx. Back and forth with no resolution other than claim fraud on the company and request a refund through my credit card company.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!

ORDER A PART FROM HERE AND PAID 50 EXTRA TO HAVE OVER NIGHTED TO ME ON A THURSDAY AND STILL HAVE NOT SEEN THE ORDER TWO WEEKS LATER. ORDER OFF OF A DIFFERNT SITE AND RECIVED MY OTHER ITEMS WITHOUT OVERNIGHT SHIPPING AND GOT ALL 6 OTHER PARTS ON NORMAL SHIPPING (NOT THRU PARTSGEEK.COM) IN 4 DAYS. CALLED AND SPOKE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAS TOLD THERE IS NOTHING THERE WILLING TO DO FOR ME AND WHERE NOT WILLING TO SWITCH THE SHIPPING TO NORMAL AND OR CREDIT ME.

Website Deception

Ordered foglights for my 05 Jeep Liberty. The description on their website was Brock Fog Light -Left and Right. Notes Fog Light---05-07 Jeep Liberty Fog Lamp Assembly Left and Right Except Renegade. All of the other fog lights for sale on their site clearly stated Driver or Passenger side. I ordered the fog lights expecting to receive 2. Only one arrived. I called customer service and the customer service rep stated. "Yes you are right, the website says Left and Right. I can see how you believed you would get two". Waited a day to receive an email response. The response was,: per warehouse confirmation the sku 2225-0017b Jeep Liberty Fog Light is a single fog light which can fit either Left or Right side. That's not what the warehouse confirmed. The warehouse confirmed that the website was misleading. Anthony, the supervisor, offered to give me a return authorization, but I had already installed the light. So the offer reverted to a $10.00 discount. All I wanted was another fog light. I could have purchased a set from another site for $60.00. Wish I had. Would have been an easy fix. Don't do business with Parts Geek. They will not make it right. Normally I only take the time to leave good reviews. This is an exception. Beware of deceptive practices and do not buy from this outfit.

Ordered parts by credit card charged one dollar then tell me card declined when money was their or would not ordered so contacted card and way more than enough then called person next day parts geek and same thing said card denied but charged another dollar which froze my whole account will never order from anyone who
Freeze whole accout for order for 24 hr offering my whole life and medical problems and undue stress as told them no parts would be ordered if money was not their

I ordered a 2010 Subaru Outback fog light cover and they sent me a 2007-2009 Nissan Altima fog light cover. I brought it to their attention and requested the part o paid for and ordered to be sent ASAP. They keep asking for pictures of the wrong part. I sent them several already. Now finally they tell me to wait on instructions on how to return their item. More and more hoops to jump through because of their mistake. I'll never order from them again

I ordered a "pair" of struts for my car from partsgeek.com and received one of two struts ordered, due to a "part unavailability" after the order was processed. The unavailable part was credited and the single part was shipping to me. After I received the single strut, I called to request a return for the single strut, with a shipping label from partsgeek.

Partsgeek happily provided me with an RMA for the return, but refuse to pay the return shipping on the single received strut stating "this part was no longer needed by the customer".

Weak...

Terrible customer service. Ordered valve covers that came in opened and rusted. They only had the one set in stock and wouldn't discount the damaged set. So full price for damaged parts or no parts at all. Never again with these guys

I ordered a Fuel Line Kit for my 1999 Mercedes ML 430; It advertised 3 Lines and only received 1 line. I called customer service and instead of making things right and sending missing fuel lines, they requested i return the fuel line, and re-order the same kit knowingly i would receive just 1 fuel line and not the 3 they are advertising; Or to pay extra out of pocket for the two missing fuel lines that were originally advertised in the kit. I spoke with supervisor Jader and kept referring to policy which does noting for the customer. Wrote a complaint to Better Business Bureau and a review here as well. Please file to the BBB to see some justice for its customers. Never will I ever order from this entity again.

Damaged radiator

FedEx Ground left the radiator on the dock. Upon inspection several days later found it was damaged beyond repair. Partsgeek says they will not pay for damage not reported within one day. FedEx says the package was not insured by the shipper and they will not pay for damage. Looks like I am getting screwed out of $374

Terrible service

Everything was going well until customer service did not add my apartment number after she asked. When I called to see if they can add apartment number she said no and that I will have to call ups or refuse the package. How can I refuse a package if its not coming straight to my door? If it was coming then why would I refuse it? So I asked if my package is not coming to my door and I dont receive it then I cant get my money back she said correct. This is a shame! Bad experience and wont use them ever again.

MIssing Parts

Working on a '96 Lexus ES300. Ordered two control arm kits and drive axles. Parts came and I got started. 1/2 installed when I realize I'm missing a ball joint. Called the 800 number and swam through their automated menus to finally reach a person. Explained my problem. CS Rep requires that I send the stuff back instead of just sending me the missing part. Stupid people with a stupid policy. Be careful ordering from these guys!

I ordered this part for my Audi Q5 on a Friday and had it on Monday! WOW! When they said 5 -7 days! The warehouse in MY state was closed, so they sent it from another one- GREAT!

Fits perfect and NO LEAKS unlike other brands, like DORMAN. A leak may cause engine damage or a loss of $50 in high dollar oil and a big mess!

They sent mother wrong part with the right sticker on it. A left hood hinge instead of a right hid hinge. It took three days of pictures notes and bull$#*! before I could try to return the part at UPS. The cost of shipping was only a few bucks less
Than what I payed for the part and shipping to start with. In the end it was a good chunk of wasted time and money. I will never use this company again.

This company is terrible I ordered a part I never recieved and they want me to re-order it and I guess be out $105.00 more dollars and yet they said in order to refund my money I have to re-order the part stay away from Parts Geek awful all the way around!
