Stay far away from this garbage.

There is a reason people shop on Amazon, because trash like this can't compete!

These people are imbeciles, worst customer service period. They will do nothing to try and fix your issue!

These morons had my order to be delivered by Friday the 11th. I ordered a Brake Kit, all rotors, and pads. Take a Wild Guess what was packed in the box? 3 Rotors and Pads, You can't make this up. How STUPID are you!

So now the job I NEED desperately and had scheduled for the weekend Cannot be done, because i'm not to get the other Rotor Until Monday.

Know how some Co's will work to make it right and fix their Stupidity? NOT THIS ONE!

They're not willing to ship the one rotor overnight; they rather have a customer who will S*** on them forever.

The company does not have a replacement policy. I recieved a part that does not work. The only option I have is to return it and buy a new one in which I have to pay shipping for again. Its not my fault the part doesn't work. Why should I pay shipping twice?

Scam parts place

Bought fuel filter housing and filter. They sent me the housing in the wrong box and no filter. They did not want to acknowledge their mistake and they never sent the missing part or a refund. Scam company.

This company won't allow p. O. box numbers, but yet they chose to ship USPS to a town that only has p. O. boxes. Now the pkg is lost and they are expecting the customer and the post office to find it. This has been going on for 3weeks and they just keep giving me the run around. They won't even be a stand up business and refund me my $90. Pretty petty

Don't use them!

Please don't make the mistake I did in order from this company! 10 hours after I ordered a part I called because I wanted to cancel the order. They told me it's not possible to cancel an order once it's placed. I told them it hasn't even shipped from them yet and has not been picked up from the shipping company. Why on Earth would you not be able to cancel the order!? Then he told me he would open a ticket and get it resolved hung up the phone and I got an email from someone else saying it's not possible to cancel an order after it's been placed that I will have to refuse the item and I will be charged for shipping in both directions. What a joke they should be put in jail!

New Radiator

I had a 1999 Mercury Grand Marquis, I ordered a new Radiator for it. The part came faster than I expected, and had a mechanic installed it. Fit good, and good price. I will order again from this company.

Don't buy from this site they are nothing but rude and very unhelpful, I ordered I part payed next day air not only did it not ship on time but sent the wrong part, I gave them a second chance even though I had to pay again for the correct part I needed and the second time they sent me the same wrong part again, called them again to see what was going on, couldn't apologize or offer help to get the right part, definitely will never ever buy from thus site, I'm still waiting on my refund for both parts that got sent, hopefully I get a refund and don't have to sue. I would give a negative star review if I could.

It seems like every time something is ordered from these guys it gets returned. I ordered door repair kit and they sent an actuator how the $#*! does that happen? But what's bad is THEY made the mistake and i STILL have to pay postage..

What a joke

Part inside the box was not what was supposed to be in there, the only solution offered was return item... order again
Then second shipment was mailed with "insufficient address" so post office returned nox to sender. Only solution offered. Guess what.
After item is returned, you get refund ( minus shipping charge they screwed up) and order agan...
Well there will be no more orders from me, ever, so thats my solution..

Never order from this company! I ordered $160.00 worth of parts from them and because I ordered online and they sent the wrong part I have to pay to ship back to them, mind you the cost is $104.00 to return it. I was told because I chose to order online and not speak to someone im responsible for return costs. Very unprofessional, do not care about customers, policies are ridiculous and customer service is even worse!

I was kinda scared to order anything online and had never ordered an auto part online. Well I ordered a passenger tail light for a 95 T100 and let me tell you; it was the correct part to a t! Fit like a glove. Took my dad, who isn't a mechanic by no means, 5 minutes to install it! Looks great! Will use Parts Geek again! The key is to repeat yourself and make SURE they know exactly what you need. I was assertive and got the correct part!
