7 days after I ordered a starter they have yet to process my order. Can't cancel and my car is dead. Should be illegal for companies to do business this way. Won't give a reason why. Talk about screwing the public.
Slow delivery. Wrong part in right labeled bag. Have to wait longer to return and get refund. Your better off going to local auto parts store. After you pay shipping you might save a little but if its the wrong part its not worth the hassle at all. I will never order from PartsGeek ever again.
They claim to have the items in stock. If so they should ship out the day after placing the order. They charge your account as soon as the order is placed.

I tried to return my core part but they refuse to give me an RMA because it is 30 days past the shipping date. My mechanic didn't install the new part right away because he was also waiting for other parts to come in! That being said, although I completely respect their "no returns past 30 days" on parts purchased, I think it is unreasonable not to accept core parts beyond 30 days. We are at the mercy of mechanics and the installation is beyond our control.
I ordered a side mirror glass and is was shipped and sent back to sender, I never received the product. To this day I have not received a refund as well, I don't know if 10 days is longer than I can imagine, almost 7 weeks ago. I would like to receive a refund so I can order another part from a different site.
Placed an order and was sent to the shippers warehouse where the claim they tried to get in touch with me for delivery but they never did. It was returned and I was charged $300.00 for something that was never shipped to me. They got in touch with me to tell me they weren't giving me my shipping charge back so how did you not get in touch with me for delivery. People beware. Very, Very, upset and will never use them again.
Purchased a brand new tailgate it was dented in three locations before they wrapped it up box is fine no scratches in the paint and they would not warrantee it would not take it back would not return it would not credit me any money to have the dents removed not very professional in my opinion ordered quite a few things from them before not anything anymore I will find a new supplier
Don't bother ordering from this site, they will take up your time and money without any progress on the order. They cancelled one of my orders, I called them and they reordered the part, later that day they cancelled the order they had just made earlier to rectify the mistake. I called customer service, which seems outsourced and they put me on hold to find more details and then hung up on me. Now the third call and another hold period, they couldn't give me a refund, said they could send an email to support staff, but they don't really communicate with them. They offered to order the part again, but couldn't give assurance that it wouldn't be cancelled nor could they do the order without my payment credentials, which I had given twice already. They said they could order the part, but it would be a different part number, but couldn't explain how it would be a different part number and still be the same part. All in all they recommended that I just keep one part of the order, that doesn't do me any good as it was a two part order. After 3 calls and close to an hour total, I will never do business with partsgeek again and suggest you don't waste your time or money.
I AM UPDATING MY REVIEW - they were very quick to fix and reply after I messaged them and did 2 reviews- they took care of everything very professionally and I am good now- Maybe the wrong people took the 1st call.
Very poor customer service- 2 brake rotors in 1 box that weight 75 lbs- noted on box it only hold up to 70 lbs. The box was broken- 1 rotor with broken teeth and scratched up-

Called to see about getting the 1 replace over night for job to be done in 2 days- customer service and manager / neither could offer any help- they are sending return label. Hope to see a FULL REFUND...

0 stars all around! First they didn't get my email correct. Which means they didn't send me any confirmation details. Called to fix it ( which took endless hoops / hours of there system). Just for them to tell me my shipment is on hold and I need to respond to an email. 1. How is my shipment on hold when I HAVE ALREADY PAID YOU?
2. I made sure they typed in my email and still haven't got an email from them it's been 3 days!

Part geek must have some lazy people working for them no since of urgency. Place and other over a week ago said part was in stock. So, I expected to be shipped with the 3 day to get a tracking number. I've called the company multiple times but they just say it awaiting shipping. My Lord this was the worst mistake ever I should have paid full price for all the hassle.
I ordered a radiator from this horrible company on February 9,2022, I specifically asked did they have the part in stock in their warehouse before I order this part. The representative guaranteed that they did have the part in stock. I waited 3 days no tracking number was sent out. I called, emailed and chatted with them and they told me not to worry, only for February 10th to arrive and I received an email telling me that they no longer had the part, but it would take about a week to get a refund. This was the most unprofessional service ever. They don't know what parts their alleged warehouse has and it's no way it took 4 days for them to determine they didn't have this part. Quite strange how after I called them scammers and unprofessional that they don't have the part now and sending a refund. Never do business with them and everyone that answers has a bad demeanor and does not really care about serving the customer.
Man these guys are a joke ok ATF+4 one qt $16.99 WHAT A BURN AND IT'S VALVOLINE if I was broke down and had to survive in my Jeep in PartsGeek was right there in front of me their warehouse I wouldn't buy s*** from them. There no discount parts that's BS
Stay away from this company! Ordered 2 power steering rack boots only shipped one! Jose in customer service said they didnt have an order#! I think they're listing items they dont have sold me the wrong master brake cylinder in the past, ate that money too! Total CRIMINALS! Reached out again to harry in cs said he would put a ticket in to ebay never did! Can't contact ebay either just sent me an email item relisted would you like to buy it? I ALREADY DID EBAY REFUND MY $17.01
Do not spend a penny with these crooks. I made the mistake of ordering 2 axels for my sons Mazda 6 6 cyl from Parts Geek. After waiting a week and a half for the parts to finally arrive, they sent me the wrong left axel. After numerous emails back and forth, Parts Geek finally authorized a return. When asked about the return shipping, they said it was on me.
So, let's see, I put in the vehicle info on their site when I ordered them. The Axels were sold as a kit, the passenger side fit perfectly. The part number for the wrong part is listed for a 4cyl Mazda 6.
I will never deal with parts geek again. I have always purchased from Rock Auto and Summit with absolutely no issues.
Now I know why their prices are lower. They sell the wrong parts hoping that you would nor return them.
I ordered a full set of brakes all the way around and they send me the entirely wrong stuff. I didnt have a chance to open the parts until "PAST the 30 days" due to the car in the bodyshop. I put in a customer help ticket and they say "sorry its been more then 30 days nothing we can do good bye"

After nearly an hour on phone, order was billed to card and I was waiting on parts... next day I received phone call saying they need driver license photo to take my order off hold! Call my credit card company, card went thru, still my order on hold! Then wanted to know if I got email they never sent, sent it while on phone... The phone bill I sent wasn't enough... I forwarded my bank statement... This service had me doint things I never had to do in my life before to complete order! Thoroughly unsatisfied... Oy Vey
I PURCHASED A MANIFOLD FOR $388 AFTER 40 DAYS MY CAR WAS BACK IN SHOP SAME PROBLEM... BUT NOW IT WAS THEIR DEFECTIVE PART... I HAD TO BUY ANOTHER ONE RETURN BAD PART...
