I bought some hatch shocks for my Jeep the package tube arrived with nothing in it. The customer service was horrible they said I had the return the parts to get a refund that I never received. Nothing but an empty package. They didn't listen to me at all. The customer service then sent an email saying they were sorry but if I returned the parts or took a picture of them broken they would return my money. Again I got an empty package so they got my money and I got nothing. Never again will I use them

We ordered brake parts and used THERE suggestion for our car and it was there mistake and do not fit the car and they wont take partial returns even thou there like new and was not our mistake. Buyer beware with this company!

First-time online buyer and had nothing but trouble. Billing, credits, one return all complicated. Terrible company to buy from. Multiple phone calls for a return and I was told "they will email me an RMA in 48 hours. Save yourself the headache - buy somewhere else. I would attach a Word-File of the order as proof, but this website doesn't accept the file format.
I was going to order parts for first time, but after reading your reviews, I changed my mind. I would rather pay more than having to deal with this company. I just had very bad experience wih CarID. They made me pay extra for next day delivery but never shipped the part. And when I read the reviews, most of people had the same bad experience
I ordered a heater core and Evaporator core for my Lexus es350. Heater core leaked right after it was installed but I could not ask for a refund because it was over the 30 day purchase date of August 4th when I installed. I will never order from them again!
I had ordered a strut coil spring sway bar link kit for 261.47. I tried canceling the order within 2hrs but was told I can no longer cancel it an would have to wait to have returned to get a refund. I ended up paying 50 dollars to ship it back. I was only refunded 7.84 without explanation. I called and the person who assisted me had No knowledge why I only received that amount since the items were returned and was told to wait a few more days. I ended up emailing customer service and a few days later received an email stating that items scrapped because they were damaged. I'm having a hard time believing that ups damaged all items in both boxes. So please make sure u purchase the right item because you won't get a full refund and will also have to pay to ship it back to them.

Purchased brake drums for my 1951 Chevy truck with assistance from customer service. Was told I would receive a 100% refund if parts or fitment was incorrect. Poor quality. I order an engine mount and it was defective. The car started to make a noise from the first month. I was trying to contact them through ebay but they keep sending this message (I am sorry but all of the information we have about the parts is included In our product listings title, description and images. We make every effort to ensure the information is accurate). Never order again.
This company is a JOKE; they put a fake tracking to mislead me that the part was on the way. I waited for FREACKING 5 DAYS for NOTHING. I called this TRASH COMPANY to learn they don't even HAVE THE PART. I was offered another part, similar, and I was ok with that, but even after SO MANY "mistakes" not to say scams, they can't overnight the part. THEY SUCK! They have no idea the nightmare they put me through, this is my work, and you put me in a horrible position and can't even make it right by overnighting a part, it's a no-brainer, and it shows a lack of respect to customers. I hope this company burns down and that every single employee finds a way better job than dealing with scammers. SHAME ON YOU FOR SCAMMING CUSTOMERS!
I bought a part for 106 dollars. I found one cheaper elsewhere and wanted to return it. They said I was responsible for return shipping which is bull$#*!. Then when they refunded me they shorted me the shipping on what I paid initially through them. I was refunded 96 dollars? I will never use them again.
PartsGeek sent me the wrong Parts, took for ever to process return the wrong part part& took for ever to get partial credit. This Brake rotors, were still in the box, I had to pay for their mistake. Do not believe the ratings they post in their website, they are made up look at sitejabber.co and you will what Partsgeek is all about. Welp here I am, another unsatisfied customer. Ordered from the website a brake kit for my vehicle from their drop down menu to the exact specs. Mechanic tells me flat out these are the wrong parts and even if they weren't I would be back in a few weeks because parts or so cheaply made. Who is hiring the customer service reps? I'm convinced they're all gang members from the aggressive behavior they displayed towards me. I will tell EVERYONE I KNOW to never use them for anything. Of course just like the other 955 reviewers I'm out of money now because I had to pay for my return. Last but not least Gustavo and Hector you both can eat a you know what…You give El Paso a bad name.
Ordered a pressure fuel line for a 2004 GMC which Parts Geek had the best description and a factory GM part in stock for a reasonable price. No one in the local area had this part. Shipping 3-7 business days, I received this package on a Sunday the third day. A big shout out to the folks working at PartsGeek! Sure appreciate the professional service! Got this old truck back on the road sooner than expected.
I ordered upper arm controls
It was a breeze installing until I couldn't slip the upper ball joint into the spindle knuckle
I tried and tried... For about an hour. HS!
Turns out the upper ball joint on the arm was a hair too big after I remove the mf and compared to old one. I was so PISSED that I just went down literally a block and got them from Advance Auto. Parts Geek was awesome and understanding. They paid for return and got refund in 10 business days after approval and you get an email to let you know your refund was approved. So idk

Searching for a bulb for a AH Sprite. Purchased bulb, was broken. Had a bulb number on it. Later did a google search for the same found many listed for about $5.00or less. They.
