I chatted with one of their customer service reps to see if a part would fit my daughters car they said absolutely. When I got the part and took it to mechanic he said it would not fit. I called part geeks to get full refund they said that was not policy. But she would pay for return shipping. I asked to speak to manager got Gus he said that his chat did not show that part. I asked him to send a copy of the chat. He only sent one line said that is all he could send us. Could not send the full chat. I know I asked for the part number that was on their website. Gus said the number listed in the chat was not one of their parts. I told him that was not the part I inquired about. He still would not pay for shipping return. Will not order from part geeks again
You guys better pay attention to the return policy they basically tell you, you can't return it. If you open it, try it and it doesn't fit... It's now used. So they keep the parts and your money! That's called scamming people. So no thanks! Take that BS somewhere else.
I ordered a pice of trim for my hyundai the next morning I saw my order on my card it was for $192.94 I ordered 1 pice for 53 dollars I contacted them first thing the next morning they said it was to late to cancel it and they told me me just to refuse the order when it's delivered and ups would ship it back and they would give me a full refund they lied they charged me 23 dollers for shipping they lie to you and then cheet you I got custed out cheated and robbed only buy from them as a last resort
Bought timing kit, had it installed by ase mechainics, it broke in a few weeks, they said not my problem
Horrible customer service at PartsGeek. Return policy doesn't apply at all. Wanted to return a wrong part and exchange for a different part, denied. Will never do business with this company again. Better service with Amazon.
Bought parts from these guys and it got lost in the mail and was signed out by someone other than me so what partsgeek did was blame me for loosing the package and refuses to return my money because they said I was responsible for the part the moment it left their warehouse. Any company that is looking to buy parts from these guys beware as they practice bad business and you are better off looking for another parts company to purchase parts from. They will not help you and will not assist you in any way.
Ordered a locking gas cap for a Dodge Ram 3500 Diesel and on there website it had a picture of mandatory setup for this cap to work. Mine was identical to there picture so I ordered it. Doesn't fit. The part that pisses me off the most is after you pay for it they pop up there little bull$#*! message that nothing is returnable along with no refunds… pretty much crooks in my opinion and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Stay away from them!

The return process is lengthy and has caused me a 2 week set back for returning the customer's vehicle and getting payed for my labor.
The parts was poorly packed and more than likely was handled rough causing damage to the part.
BUYER BEWARE! They sent me the wrong part and wanted made me pay $17.00 in return shipping to get my $66.00 back. Ebay and Paypal both sided with them on the return shipping. I sent pictures of what the part should have looked like but they didn't care, even though it was clearly their error. They could have sent me a rock to fix my car and I still would have had to pay to return it. I am done with Ebay, Paypal and it's scammy vendors.
DO NOT PAY THE EXTRA FOR EXPEDITED OR OVERNIGHT BECAUSE THE COMPANY WILL JUST MAKE UP SOME "fraud detection " reason to hold your order up so to them not even having it to overnight in the first place and then you'll actually end up getting it slower then the regular damn shipping.
This is one of those perfect examples of a company THAT MAKES THEIR SELF SEEM LIKE SOME GIANT HUGE INDUSTRY LEADING EXAMPLE SETTING MONOPOLY but the fact is, THEY OPERSTE LIKE A TEENAGER THAT IS SELLING SUPPOSED LOLLIPOPS ON LINE BUT YPU GET A PHOTO OF A LOLIPOP WHEN IT FINALY COMES AMD NOT AN ACTUAL REAL LOLLIPOP.

I order the wrong parts and I had to pay to ship the parts back. Now they are telling me they never got them and that I sent them to the wrong warehouse. They provided me with the address in an email and when I showed them that they changed their story to they never got them. This company is a nightmare and no one should ever order anything from them unless they want to be taken advantage of. Horrible company horrible business practices.
I bought a 15.00 part from them. It cost 10.00 to ship it to me. It was the wrong part so I had to pay 25.00 to return it! My refund was 15.00. So, it cost me 50.00 total with 15.00 refund. They are disgusting.
I ordered a chrome piece from partsgeek on e-bay for my jeep grand Cherokee. It was packaged in a box and wrapped in foam wrapping. I took it out of the box and wrap to find several scratches. One was about 6 ½ inches long. So they sent it out with scratches on it. I clicked the return item and sent pictures of the scratches on Nov. 4. On Nov. 5 they accepted my return. It took them till Nov. 8 – three days later to send return label. We dropped it off at Fed Ex on Nov. 11. They received it on Monday the 14th according to tracking. On the 16th I emailed "Where is my refund?" Again on the 17th "Where is my refund?" On the 18th I had e-bay step in because I still haven't received my refund and it was 5 days later. They found in my favor and issued a refund. What is wrong with this company? They sent out an item with scratches on it and then they don't want to refund the money.
Ordered two Raybestos loaded calipers for my 2013 Tundra. Returned the cores as directed with the RMA number on the box, on the UPS label and on a note inside he box. One core went to Arkansas and the other to New York. Arkansas facility received and credited my core return within days. Still waiting for New York facility to credit core. It was received and signed for by their employee but is still listed as "Return Not Received" Emailed customer service and got response that just outlined their return policy and that they considered the case to be closed. If this is how they conduct business and won't help you with an issue, I'll shop elsewhere. Still out $65 for the core and the cost of shipping back to them.
One wouldn't think a belt that weighs maybe 1/2 lb would cost 20 bucks via the USPS. I'm pretty sure this is where they make their profit.
Purchased a set of 4 wheels and one came bent. They don't do exchanges so when you order something you have to get your return money and then purchase a new part. I didn't mind that but when I asked for shipping to be covered on new part since I already paid for shipping they only offered to cover half of the shipping. They said they aren't responsible for damage in shipping. I've never purchased something where shipping for a replacement for a damaged part fell on the customer. It's the vendors job to file a claim with their shipping carrier. I won't be purchasing anything from them anymore.

I called in to speak to a manager about a order I placed I mistakenly put down the wrong address so FedEx could not deliver the package.No big deal right wrong the manager got on phone and it not out Fault it's your and actually said the costumer is not always right and there nothing he can do to fix the problem he really rude and disrespectful.to a paying costumer. Also said he would not return my funds because it's not his fault that I did not revive my items HR needs to reach out to me immediately!
