I ordered a transmission overhaul kit for a 1991 sl 500 Mercedes from parts geek. I was shipped a set of chevy 3.0 valve cover gaskets. I had to return the shipment in order to get a refund for the transmission overhaul kit I did not receive. When I received the refund for the transmission over haul kit I was charged tax and shipping due to their error. I contacted customer service and they denied the refund for shipping. World Pac fulfills the order under the name Parts Geek and uses third party fulfillment centers to ship. I will never buy anything from Parts Geek again.
Ordered left side muffler for Kia and my installer had to modify to install. Ok alright no damage done. However when I ordered right side and is was approx 150.00 more I Calle d and asked why and the representative had no answer other than he was not a mechanic. So I ordered so it would match the left side and what I got was a complete right side welded to a Y pipe and 4' of pipe to a flange going to the engine. Certainly not was described on the site. Now they will not give me the full refund. BAD SITE DO NOT USE!
They advertise 'Lifetime Warranty' for an Arnott air suspension compressor (for Jaguar XJ8) but when you want to return the compressor because it failed after less than two years they state on their return home page there is no return after 30 days. I called and they told me they sell parts to E-Bay and then E-Bay is responsible for it. My documents showed no indication of E-Bay involvement. I have a Parts Geek LLC order number and all emails are from this company. After being brushed off for the first time I called again. Then another assistant said they would send me an email where I need to follow the steps. This email lead to the very same dead end as on their home page. No parts are eligible for return after 30 days (No exceptions!). The compressor did not last even two years and is one of the most expensive ones on the aftermarket. Because of the 'lifelong warranty' I paid a much higher price than elsewhere. This is false advertising and deliberately misleading customers by and making them believe they can rest assured in case of spare parts failure. Purchasing over Parts Geek is like playing roulette. Better purchase from a different merchant that has good reviews. I was stupid not to check their reviews first.
Ordered a front-end kit for my 1996 Jeep Cherokee. It all starts when my parts sat on the distributors warehouse with Fed ex label created. 3 business days it sat until I called to find out when it would be shipped.
Next, I received my parts in a totally undamaged box with straps holding it securely together. Opened the box to find two labels on the inside lid describing each part and a final total. Discovered 1 crucial part missing.
Sent an email to Parts Geek with no response. Three days later called customer service directly, and after 5 hours of waiting and talking to customer service, I was required to send then a picture of all the parts received, which I did. Then I'm told that the entire kit has to be sent back instead of sending me the missing part.
I chose to just spend the extra money at a local Auto Parts store instead.
Bottom line don't deal with this company. It was my first and last time! All for a $30 part
This sucks to fix will take two weeks way to go parts geek. Not sure who prepares order but something as simple as an order recap with option to fix anything that looks wrong would help avoid this dumb $#*! from happening

So I order parts constantly and my usual supplier is out. I try someone new, 2 Bosch wideband 5 wire AF sensor. I receive two Bosch boxes. Inside the first one O2 sensor. Inside the 2nd box, some other type of sensor not for my application. Now, they want me to photograph it,which I did, next I have to send it back, according to them, and get a refund and then re order it. Presumably they think from them. Why do I have to wait and prove everything to them? Why did they have a strange looks like Denso sensor inside a Bosch box? On top of paying and not getting what I need, now I have to work for them to fix it all, you're nuts.
Worst company ever shipped wrong parts and missibg parts wants me to send parts back on my dime they should pay for shipping or send correct parts and missing parts will never shop with them
Sent wrong part sent it back one day after receiving it two weeks ago and no refund or no response and this was trough eBay and they have been no help at all. It's only 78$ but if you add that up with a few thousand pissed of customers they have quite the scam going
I ordered rear brake rotors and calipers and they sent me 2 right side calipers and won't send me the left side keep telling me they have to investigate they are idiots don't they know a car has a right and left side I'm going to file a lawsuit against them for not fixing this problem after taking my $567 I don't take kindly from thiefs
I'm not sure if it's because Walmart sells the part and then gets it from Partsgeek but I tried to return a portion of my order and they both kept passing the buck back and forth until my 30 days were up and then said " we can't process a refund as it's been 30 days" wow, if you can't spend 50.00 to get some rotors back that you can sell again and not loose money to make a customer happy, then I have no business with you.
I ordered Brembo brake pads and rotors for my 2018 Porsche Cayman, paid for them, but received parts for a 2017 Porsche Cayenne. That's an SUV. These people didn't even get the vehicle right. I'll find the time to deal with this because I have doubts they will refund my money. I will update this review when there is any change in my situation. Had I read the reviews, I would NEVER have made a purchase through this site. BUYER BEWARE!

I purchased a front and rear brake parts Kit from Parts Geek LLC. Prior to making this purchase I put in the make and model of my vehicle (2007 Ford Focus) and was provided with the part that matched my vehicle requirements according to Parts Geek LLC. The part arrived on time; however, the front and rear brake part that was sent to me was not correct. I installed the front disk brakes but could not install the rear brakes because the rear brakes for a 2007 Ford Focus are Drum Brakes. I contacted Parts Geek LLC about returning the unused and unopened rear disk brakes for the appropriate Drum Brakes. I was told by customer service to send a picture of the packaging, the part that was replaced, and the unused/still packaged rear disk brake. I complied with this request and upon following up with the company I was informed that they would not accept a return of the unused part. Parts Geek LLC states that since the parts are part of a kit, they could not accept the return. All parts are packaged individually so it is not a kit in the sense of when you open one item the other item would be disturbed. I am deeply discounted with this company and their customer service. The person that I spoke to during the follow-up was located overseas and reading a script without any understanding of my situation. I would recommend that persons do not purchase parts from Parts Geek LLC and should not be swayed by just price but by the quality of service. If you are seeking parts for your vehicle, then you should check Rockauto or another reputable parts dealer. Stay away from Parts Geek LLC.
Ordered a steering rack (rack o pinion) from here on February 28th and recieved a delivery date of March 3,2023. Just for that day to come and go with no shipping updates no tracking information or anything. Waited to see if it would come, it never came and was never shipped after almost 2 weeks after i placed my order. This place is a scam i really belive its a ponzy scheme to use your money for their own purposes. Still waiting on my refund when it took them just seconds to take my payment. Don't order from here if you expect your part on time or at all.

I ordered a front and rear shock and strut package for my CTS 2008 Cadillac 3.6L rear wheel drive. When I went to my mechanic he said they sent me the right shock absorbers for the back but the wrong struts for the front which was the AWD. He already put the shocks already on my car so when he went to put the struts on in the front is when he told me they couldn't fit. Remember I ordered the rear end drive package not the AWD but they made that mistake I didn't want the money back plus they are in the same plastic and box I received them in and I only asked for it to be replaced with the rear end drive struts. They said NO return because it wasn't the whole package so now since it wasn't my fault now I'm stuck with struts that doesn't fit
They sent me the wrong parts even after i supplied vin number and they put together a part package. They wouldn't swap them out for the correct ones and i'll never use them again for anything. Absolutely horrifying customer service, never encountered anything like it before. Good luck.
We bought an alternator from these people, but realized it was a much bigger problem. Didn't need it and had to return it. However, we were snowed in for a week and couldn't drive a hundred miles to retrieve it. PG would NOT let us return it beyond their date by even TWO days! It was Mother Nature! PLEASE don't give them your business! They DON'T care about their customers!
