Horrible company! I specifically asked that the parts supplied NOT come from CHINA! The sales rep said they were from Germany. When they arrived the box said "Country of origin CHINA"!
Be careful there parts fall apart and are not at all good quality.

Their Sales people sent me the wrong part for my car two times. I return them and one of the mirrors had fingerprints on it so they refused to refund my money or send the part back to me. I feel this is theft. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEIR SALE FORCE IS TERRIBLE AND YOU CANT RETURN PARTS IF THEY SELL YOU THE WRONG ONE.
They sent me the wrong item and instead of refunding me the full amount they short me $20. Why do I have to pay for shipping when the warehouse messed up? How is that even fair? I will never buy from these scammers again.
Worst customer service I've encountered. They sent one of the two struts ordered. There was no way to solve the issue online and, when trying to solve it on the phone, the agent couldn't help and his supervisor was the rudest encounter I've had yet. Don't buy from them. Ever.
This marketplace sold brakes and rotors on Walmart website that were a bad and damaged product. Became unusable and failed to brake while the vehicle was driving & actually caused a car accident. I am extremely disappointed. They don't even offer warranty on the product. I advise to not purchase product from parts geek marketplace or TRQ products (as that is where the brakes and rotors were actually manufactured from).
Don't order without know exactly what you need all the way to the last digit of your vin number try to return or better yet exchange after it says returns available they would not send a return label
I wasn't aware the core needed to be returned within 30 days I was 9 days late and they refused to take the core and give me my money back so therefore they could have given one chance like a credit card company would but they chose to keep my money and turn I will never buy from PartsGeek again bad business
Ok so I ordered a part last Friday and was told would be shipped within 24 hours. Well Monday comes and their just now shipping it telling me I'll get it the following Friday. Smfh! A week for a supposed 3 day order. And they say parts when you need them. Lol I just ordered from Amazon today Monday and it will be her still before this joke of a business. So yes buyer beware they play with your money and it sure ain't when you need it it's when they get off their lazy a$$ and feel like doing their job. And the response I received from their customer service was a absolute joke that dude didn't care 1 bit of I as a customer was happy or not. I'm this was the first and last time I ever use partsheek. I order a set of rims for my truck.One rim was incorrect.Started process to return.They want pictures of rim,box label and what was wrong.Then they wanted vin number.It went on and on and on! I finally call and was able to get return label.Now it looks like it can take weeks to get my money back! I would buy somewhere else even if it cost more!Buyers beware!
They were paid through paypal. They cancelled order because they wanted my drivers license since i was a "first time " buyer. Are you fn kidding me? They would not sell because they didn't have info. Ordered a Nissan rogue sport part. Ever since I had the car(4 years), I know to say sport. Way different parts from the regular rogue. My mechanic said the part was too big, so I called customer service, who really didn't care and then called back because I saw I had to pay for shipping. Talked to Sven, who was pleasant, but completely deaf to my situation. Being in sales/customer service for 14 years, I can honestly say this was the worst experience ever.
I ordered a part and they sent me the wrong part. I reached out to them and told them, they told me to send it back but the never sent a shipping label. So I had to pay out of my pocket to send THE WRONG part back to them... and then the post office said they received the part on the 31 but parts geek said they didn't get it until the 6th... I finally got my refund and I noticed they didn't refund me all of my money so I again reached out and they tried to tell me they dont refund the shipping. After arguing with them and talking the the "supervisor " gus I got my shipping cost back. Because how is that fair that I had to pay for the wrong part and then they didn't wanna give me my money back. Bad enough I had to pay 30$ to ship it back because they didn't send a return label. So I am out that money. Gus said he would try to get that money back for me and told me to email him the receipt. And I did. And we'll I have yet to hear a damn thing from him! Poor customer service all the way around. I don't recommend them to anyone! 1 star only because I have to give a star or it wo t let me leave a review

Sent wrong part and say I have to pay for returning it. Which is not cheap. Not only that the part is damaged from shipping. That is bad business and will not recommend buying nothing from a place like this!

From experience I don't recommend them for parts Return policy sucks, I came out of pocket 47$ to return a part they shipped to me.
I requested a supervisor to review my order and indeed he agreed with me that the website errored in confirming that their part would fit my car. I was instructed to use one of their experts from now. The supervisor took no responsibility for the mistakes made by their website. I paid in error for the wrong part, shipping and i had to ship it back at my expense. I will still be out of pocket over $46 for their mistake. I did ask for a credit, one they thought was for fair under the circumstances,The supervisor refused citing policy, I reminded him that Parts Geek claims to have 30 day hassle free return policy and this was anything but. I told him I still wanted to do business with Parts Geek believing they could resolve this with a simple credit, anything would have been acceptable, nothing at all just isn't! Along with the child like responses from a supervisor with me constantly repeating the problem. Parts Geek is not at all concerned in Customer satisfaction, Parts Geek does not care in doing the right thing. Parts Geek does not have a 30 day hassle free return policy. Parts Geek just does not care about their mistakes. The supervisor went on tell me that, I would get same answer from his superiors. Parts geek is very unprofessional, the overall impression i got from the supervisor was that i was dealing with a child that just did not care to bothered by their website's mistake
We ordered the wrong part and called and asked if they would exchange it and they said yes and would email us the mailing label. Well 4 calls later and they were given 2 different emails they could send it to we have received nothing. I dont know why they say they will exchange it if they have no desire to do so. Now I am stuck with a part I can not use.
Ordered three Backracks for three new Ford F250 trucks we purchased for are Colorado job.
Needless to say these people think it is high credit card risk to have sent to Colorado and will only ship to billing address in KY.
