This was my 1st time ordering from this company & I regret it! I've wasted so much time! I ordered a part for a LAND ROVER & was sent a completely different FORD MOTOR COMPANY part that looks nothing like the part even. The 1st rep wasn't even listening & rude, not helpful at all. Then I spoke with Carlos, a 'manager' & asked if they could expedite if I reorder since they sent me the wrong part & he told me no, there's nothing he can do. Carlos was also rude & condescending. I understand mistakes happen, but there is ZERO excuse for POOR customer service. I will never do business with this company & I'll be sure to share my experience with others, hoping to keep them from this shady business. Such a shame you couldn't do something simple to make your mistake right.

I ordered a BMW TMS Module for my F10 series. When the package arrived, it said "Made in China." I should have taken that warning sign. But I gave it the benefit of the doubt and tried it anyway, of course it didn't work. Went to try to return it but they have a "no opened electronics able to be returned" policy which is ridiculous. Reference the pics attached to see the difference in quality. DO NOT trust your money to PartsGeek. Honestly, had it been more money, I'd be looking for a lawyer for false advertising.
I ordered car parts which never arrived and I was never notified of a problem. I reported the problem and was told the parts can't be shipped, that I would have to wait for the refund- two weeks minimum, and some reviewers never received their items, which would not surprise me. The phone line is peopled by the usual cast of ill informed and rude persons. This is the second time out of two that they have done this- I advise you to spend a few dollars more and use another supplier. This one needs to fail.
I was stranded out of town over nighted parts from them to find out the next day that put a hold on my order and could not process my order so called for nearly 2 days waited on hold for over 2 hrs once asked for return call and at the end they they said sorry we can't prosses your card do to billing being different then the Shipping address so stuck out of town for several more days this place just absolutely sucks
I ordered 2 parts before in the past and was told OEM parts is what i was getting but that was for from the truth. These are low quality aftermarket parts made of weak plastic. I had order a rear bumper lip, and rear face support for my 2021 sonata, for those parts being so cheap it's hard to really complain. However when it came to my car needing a new Front splash gard/under tray it wasn't at all what I ordered, it was the wrong size and damage. But when I requested a refund there were what felt like many obstacles to jump through just to get my money back.
The biggest issue was there was NO return label I had to come out of pocket to send it back. I spent $307 on the replacement almost $250 on the return and only received $205 as a result, Please Don't use this site just pay the difference for the higher quality or just get the OME parts you need elsewhere.
Lastly left this review on there site twice but it was taken down but them so don't believe the all the filtered "Verified Reviews" I fell for that. They don't want to take personal responsibility for there 3rd products and I should have realized that when I was trying to return it and there was no option prompt for wrong product/ damage item.
I can see if a part is defective. It happens, but two in a row indicates that they sell overpriced substandard parts. Additionally they don't send a replacement and wait for your return. They demand for payment on a new part and refund you whenever they want. In my case it was 2 weeks after they received the return before my card showed a pending refund and another 4 days for it to be available. I am in the process of returning the second one now and they won't call back since I am not getting another one. I have one coming in locally at my dealership Monday. Yes the dealership is 40 dollars more, but I know it's original and will actually work which is more than I can say for the parts I ordered here as well as parts geek employees.
So I purchased a strut assembly for a customer of mine. After installing I realized the front way lower than the rear. I call customer service and the person i spoke with said I couldn't exchange or return it because it was installed already. Like what kind of crap is this? So what im I suppose to do? This place is a scam don't buy from this place
They sent the wrong part for my vehicle, the return shipping is outrageous and every time u call they say they are experiencing high call volume, if u want to wait or for them to call u back, either way u have to wait 3 hrs for them to call back, and then I got tired of waiting on the phone that was almost 2 hr.said they did a refund,but still haven't received it.they received the part the 11th and this is the 20 th with no refund yet
They may have sold me the part that was wrong but they dont own up to it so to the company and CEO i will never purchase from you again so in the long run you lose my business forever..
Received my part installed in new engine and the hole for bolt was incorrect. Ref pic. Bottom is original part. Called CS refused to accept return since i installed. They didn't care the fact they sent me a faulty part. They planned to reuse it.
I rated the part in their website poorly and can't see my review anywhere. Hmmm? Filtering going on? Will never use again. Thinking of sending all the other un-used parts back as matter of principal. They would not fix a faulty 20 dollar part
After lengthy "Chat" with Davin who wanted to make sure I was ordering correct parts, I placed an order. Prompt delivery…however when I opened the box the plastic packaging was already open and obvious not the right parts. Immediately called…and was told I would have to place a new order which I did the same day. In order to get a return label, they needed pictures of original shipping box and parts. If they determined they were unused, they would provide a return label which they did. Immediately returned items in the original box. Few days later FedX returned the package to me marked "Undeliverable". I had to file a complaint with BBB and PayPal along with all my documentation and pictures to get a refund to PayPal Account. Beware…if you check you'll find lots of reasons to avoid this company.
Ordered my part on a Monday I was told my shipment would arrive to me on a Thursday,it sat in their warehouse (with a shipping label created)tell late late thursday(the day it was suppose to arrive) now it's not to be here tell the following Monday so it's been a major inconvenience. It was not worth the savings as it cost me two weeks without a car because I only have weekends to install it
Never answered call. No return call. Reached an agent. Return will take days, as well as refund. Done
March 27 2023 I purchased a reman alternator for 2013 Jaguar xj and paid $800 for Jaguar mechanic to install. The alternator "FAILED JULY 9 2023" a little of 3 months.I texted Parts geek 2 and they basically said "kick rocks" they only take returns within 30 days They're okay that I paid $270 for a fraudulent alternator that was made to fail and I spent $800 because I trusted Parts geek 2 to sell quality parts.RUN AWAY, DON'T GET SCAMMED!
Do not use this company. They purchase damaged goods, pack them and then deny return claims on insured packages which were not damaged in shipping. Outrageous that they are still in business.
Will choose other companies. A big list of issues to return an item? Other companies are so easy to return a item.
Ordered Hood Has Struts for my car 90 days ago and they failed attempted many times to get a way to help with this. The site only was for returning New not defective so I called the order desk because that's the only number shown and they told me go to the Web site I tried to explain it doesn't work for my reason and was hung up on. So I ordered using PayPal after numerous back and forth emails and phone this was beyond what they can do because the part failed not that it was wrong! Never ever use Parts Geek! Unfortunately I ordered from Amazon had new in a few days and in the past they would have taken care of this no problem!
Slow shipping if you need your part go somewhere else.

I ordered an intake hose and they sent me a crankshaft sensor. I had a customer waiting for the correct part and customer service was so terrible. They didn't even apologize never again without order anything from this company.
I don't understand all the negative reviews, this company had a particularly hard to find part for my Chrysler Crossfire at an extremely reasonable price. Ordered on a Friday evening and it showed up Tuesday morning. Fit perfectly and I couldn't be happier.
