I was so glad to find this place the parts fit good i been looking for these parts for 2 years, i save this in my fav. So i have a site for replacement parts

I ordered a new ice maker for my fridge. The entire process was so easy. I easily found the part and clicked a button to have it sent. It arrived a few days later. The email they sent telling me the part was on its way had a youtube video on how to actually install the icemaker. What a great idea! Installed it and it is working just fine.

I originally ordered the wrong part, the online tech was able to tell which part I needed. One simple phone call and the wrong order was cancelled and the correct part ordered. Very helpful and friendly.

I have tried for several years to find the little "feet" for the grates atop my Jenn-Aire gas cooktop. Jen-Aire no longer has them (and the cooktop is about five years old!), and I could find them nowhere. Along comes PartSelect, and voila! I'm a happy camper.

Order received without parts shows on picture, cost me extra $$ with other supplier, after send comply never received any explanation...

Found the part that I needed very easily, ordering was just as easy. Part came in a timely fashion, was notified by email the progress of the shipment as the order progressed.

The part was right, but they made you pay for shipping. I opted for the 2-3 day shipping, but it took a week to get to me.

I was impressed, not only did the part come in quickly, but the shipping notice included a youtube video of the installation procedure.

This is the way customer support and someone who who sells products should be thanks for the great service

Had a small issue with the order, called in to the customer line. Do not remember who I spoke to but she was very helpful. She cleared up he error.
Parts shipped quickly.
Would order other parts for part select again.

Just go on line. Order parts and check video's on how to order. Almost like having a store next to me.

I ordered the parts needed by the recommendation of what the issue was by percentage. Once ordered the instruction video was helpful also! That took care of the issue and my dryer is up and running. The page was super helpful, accurate and easy to find what I needed. I will only order parts for my dryer right here from now on!

The idlier pulley on my Murray Riding Mower broke! I looked online and found Parts Select. They had just what I was looking for at a reasonable price. Shipping was faster than I expected! Great Company, I will buy from them again!

Ordered a part that their site said went with my dryer. It was not the correct size. During email correspondence, they stated to me that the part I ordered should have worked for my machine. It did not. It was 2 inches short. I was refunded for the part but I was not refunded for shipping and had to pay to ship the part back for return. In total I paid $34 in shipping fees for a $31 part. In out $34 just for using their site.

The video highlighting the process of removing, cleaning, replacing, repairing of oven door springs on both sides was spot on. Procedure went flawless. Watch the video in private so your loved one will think you are an expert. Drawback to that is your Honey To Do list will grow due to your newfound expertise. Will definitely use his company in the future.

Their service was great the shipping on the other hand was slow a dog sled from pick up point to me could have made it faster NOW THAT I KNOW THAT IT CAME OUT OF CANADA I UNDERSTAND LONGER THAN NORM. DEL

I've ordered parts on several occasions and I always get what I order and there are usually instructions and tips available on how to replace the part. Very quick and simple!
