We thought are refrigerator was dead. The part they recommended did the job and everything is good.

I went online and put in the make & model of my refrigerator. I looked up the door gaskets and the Door mullion. I received them and put them in with No problem. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was one of the gaskets was a different color. I don't remember seeing an option for the color, since one was correct and the other not. No harm, it's inside the refrigerator and not really noticeable.

Correct part and was able to assemble in less than 30 minutes and the directions that came with the part was very helpful I will use this Company again for my needd

The parts I received looked like they were removed out of another microwave and repackaged in a bag. When I opened the parts the had dust and scratches all over them. I have ordered parts from other sites, this is the first time the parts looked used. The web site stated quick ship but it took a week to get the parts. It stated FedEx but came USPS. Very disappointed in this company.

I searched for my dishwasher model number and the website selected the correct parts for me. They showed up quickly. The only issue I had was that the heating element was not secured well in the shipping box (large flat box) and got bent during shipping. I was able to bend it back and it is working.
