I needed new drip bowls for my electric stove. I googled the model number and PartSelect came up. There they were - just what I needed! I ordered the parts and they arrived a couple of days later. My stovetop looks SO much better and I'm thrilled with the easy, fast service. Thanks PartSelect!

I paid extra for faster shipping and web site said average ship time is 1.8 days for regular ship. Package came 5 business days later. Customer service said that is normal, why does site say 1.8 days?

The arrival date is not guaranteed, however 95% of our customers receive their order within 2 business days. Some customers (especially those in rural areas) may experience longer delivery times and may receive their order after 2-3 business days. I shopped around on several sites and while PartSelect wasn't the cheapest the quality was well worth the extra few bucks I spend to get the correct part.

I ordered a part for my washing machine 11/12/19 paid for 2-3 day shipping on 11/18/19 no part arrived called customer service said somehow the order was cancelled (?) giving them the benefit of the doubt I ordered it again and was told I would have it by 11/21/19 no package I then referred to an email inserted the Fed X tracking # to find I won't be receiving it until 11/26/19 when I called to express my concern they said they would refund me $2 and change and the shipping was out of their hands they do offer overnight shipping however that solution was never offered in the initial call and for the second shipment either before you go to this company check out Amazon the original order with shipping was $36.00 through Amazon ordered it 11/21/19 it will be here 11/23/19 for $6.31

The parts I received were correct and easy to install as per the instructions and the other reviews I'd read before ordering. The drawer does not slide in and out as easily as before but I was missing a part on one side. I've put a dab of white grease on the parts and hope it will slide easier as time passes.
We followed some you tube videos to learn how to change out the part.
Then googled and found this site
We entered the refrigerator model and was directed to the switch part. We ordered the part hoping it would work... and it did!

Our stove had one burner that just didn't sit level. We tried several different drip pans that were supposed to be compatible with our model of stove. Alas, none had the correct burner holes. PartSelect got it right!

We ordered two parts for our Fridge. The bottom right piece broke off a few months ago and we thought we needed to get a whole new fridge. We came across PartSelect website and it saved us SO much money. The pieces fit perfectly. It came in two days earlier too. Defiantly recommend!
