I used parts select to diagnose an issue with my oven. They indicated a part had a 99% chance to fix my issue, but it didn't. Am I the 1% or was the diagnosis flawed? They didn't respond to my email. Don't trust these folks...

The diagram was so helpful, vital, in fact, in figuring out which part was needed to repair my refrigerator shelf. Arrived promptly, fit beautifully! This was so easy, compared to my landlord ordering the wrong part from another company. Thank you!

We entered our Refrigerator Model #, the part we needed and "wa-la" there it was. Within just 3-4 days we had our part, hooked it up by following a YouTube video and we've got ice again! Perfect! We saved a bundle of $$$ too! Thank you Parts Select!

The lady that I talked to was very helpful. I was looking for a pretty obscure part for my whirlpool refrigerator and she managed to locate the correct part on a hard to read diagram. I installed it myself and no more leaking. Mission accomplished!

Twice I have had parts of my LG refrigerator to break and ordered parts from PartSelect. I received the parts needed and installed them. On one item the description in the owner's manual wasn't exactly what was on-line at Partselect and I was not sure I would get what I needed. This last time I noticed that I needed to remove a long metal cross bar from the broken plastic frame and insert it in the new part (no instructions).

If you are not a professional, this is hard to do without any written instructions.
The package took a long time to arrive for the amount paid for shipping.

Normally parts sites are a pain to use. And when you finally think you have ordered the correct part, it shows up at your house and,, its wrong... Not with Parts Select. Great site, easy to use, correct parts that were shipped very quickly. They even offer install videos if needed. Great feature for those who may not have a high skill set.

I needed a new latch mechanism for a washer. I called and got someone who understood my problem and had the solution. Two days later the correct part arrived, I installed it, and was back in business.

I ordered the door gasket, and it was delivered as promised. I watched the film on replacing it, had no problems installing the gasket, no more leaks! All is GOOD!

My parts ordered came quickly. I watched a YouTube video and was able to switch out the broken parts quickly. The only problem was the small screw adapter included was difficult to use. Other than that, it was very easy.
