I will be a Parts Select customer for life. Your web site is extremely user friendly and helpful to determine the potential issues for the specific make and model appliance, the repair part needed and even the associated You Tube Video with step by step directions on how to remove and reinstall the faulty part. I had a bad lid switch on a 20 year old Whirlpool washer. Your website helped me determine the issue and the video showed me how to remove and reinstall the new part. Why would anyone not use Parts Select?

We did some research and concluded we had a faulty water pump. I looked online to find PartSelect but was unsure of which one to replace my old part, so I called and gave my Brand, model, and serial number. The lady who answered was very friendly and told me exactly the one I needed. It arrived in just a couple days. There were some very helpful utube videos online which showed us how to replace the part and we were back in business. Thank you PartSelect!

I thought it was very easy to find the part I needed with only the model number. The drawings were fairly easy to navigate, the part was the exact replacement. The delivery took about a week and a half, not too bad.

Standard delivery was $7 for 3-5 BD. Paid $9 for 2-3 BD delivery but, got 6 BD delivery.:-(

Side bracket on my Kitchen Aid dishwasher broke. I looked it up on PartSelect and easy found the part in the pictures provided. I ordered it and received it in 2 days. It was easy to install and saved myself a big repair bill.

My dryer wouldn't shut off when I opened the door. Using their diagram and parts description for my model number I ordered the switch. It came right away. I changed out the failed one. The new one fit and worked perfect. It was an easy and very cost effective repair.

Ordered 2 seals, arrived fast and were correct for my application. Website features helpful instructional videos for do-it-yourselfers. Only complaint was high shipping costs... otherwise would have given 5 stars.

I needed to replace two broken wheels on the lower pullout basket of my dishwasher. I checked all of the local parts sources and couldn't find any. I found PartSelect's website, put in the model number for my dishwasher and found the proper wheels quickly and easily. Ordering was simple Nd straightforward and I received my order quickly.
The dishwasher rollout now works great again.

I wish I had looked around on other sites before purchasing here. The parts weren't correct and were very expensive compared to others selling the same parts. Now I'm out $65 and still have a broken part.

When my dishwasher's water inlet valve went out on a Tuesday night, I discovered that none of the local repair shops carried the part. I started searching online, and was initially looking at a certain online retailer with whom I have a subscription for "free" two-day shipping on most orders. Well, said retailer had the part, but even with the two-day shipping option, the delivery estimate was placed well after the coming weekend, and they didn't give any sort of expedited option for the part.
Since I wanted the part ASAP, I went with PartSelect and sprang for next-day shipping. I ordered after hours on the 3rd and had the part by the afternoon of the 5th. It was the correct replacement part, it was on time, and it fixed my issue. I also liked that the product page had a troubleshooting guide that more or less confirmed that this was the part that I needed, although I can't speak to its usefulness for general diagnosis. And to be fair, a water inlet valve is kind of a single point of failure item.
The next time one of my appliances breaks, I will look at PartSelect first if I need the part in a hurry.
