I AM HAPPY with my 2007 GE washing machine Unfortunately, this month the knob broke. I immediately called partselect and gave them the correct model and serial number found written on my instruction manual. The ordered part arrived in approx 7 days and now i can wash. Shipping /handling a little bit pricey.

Parts arrived in timely manner. Parts were as described and fit perfectly. Fair price on parts. I would suggest being able to enlarge the parts exploded view for easier viewing. Will use again!

Ordered the part and it arrived on schedule as promised. The only issue I had is it was not an exact replacement so had to modify the stove (drill a hole) to actually mount the replacement part. Once installed, the replacement part worked flawlessly.

Purchased a ice maker/ water valve for my whirlpool refrigerator. Easy to replace new valve bolted right up. Making ice now. Great price good quality.

Make it easier to find tje product it was hell finding the product because of company transitions and combining of products and services

The plastic gear on my original washer control knob had stripped and needed to be replaced. PartSelect had the item in stock at a reasonable cost and also provided a video on how to make the repair. It was easy and quick.

What can I say? The part shipped in less than 3 hours after I ordered it and arrived sooner than expected. I replaced the door hinge on my Bosch drier and was back doing laundry in no time at all. Great service and I cannot say enough good things about the company.
