We have used PartSelect on several occasions for refrigerator and dishwasher repairs. We used to have a repairman come out, tear things apart and then go off to order the part. Weeks later the repair would be done.
Now, not only is the right part sent promptly, there is typically an email sent with installation videos. Have bookmarked the site just in case we need it again.
