Thir is the company I've learned to go to first for appliance parts. They always have exact replacement parts in stock. And at a reasonable price. Knobs always need to be exact. The phone representative was patient with me, fully knowledgeable about what I needed and Professional. Shipping was quick and parts fit perfectly. Thank you PartSelect.

I was not sure what part I needed so I emailed them. They emailed me right back with the correct part. I ordered it at a lower price than I had seen elsewhere. It was shipped very quickly and packaged so well. I am not sending a photo because the refrigerator drawer is already full.

Needed to replace a broken baking element in our older oven. I was able to find a suitable replacement part on their site pretty easily. Ordered the part Sunday evening and had it by Thursday of that week. Simple installation and the oven works great now.

The broiler element failed on my very old wall oven, possibly even original to the house and I feared that a huge replacement expense was looming. PartSelect to the rescue--replacements for both broiler and oven elements were available, shipped immediately, price was much lower than another online site. The elements are installed and functioning perfectly now, proving that repair is possible for older appliances.

Was given a refund authorization number and sent product back since it wasn't what was needed.Was told to pay for shipping and when the refund came back it was not for the price of the product.Called and they said that the warehouse said it was installed and rejected the refund which it was not installed.Told them that I wanted the part back since they kept my money and they said they couldn't do that.So basically you had me send part back and kept the money.I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER PART FROM THEM.

Was able to quickly Identify a needed door panel for an 18 year old freezer. Part was received in a timely fashion and fit perfectly.

We ordered dishwasher top rack parts. They were exactly as expected. Relatively easy to install and are working well. It was easy to replace with two of us because the rack itself is so sturdy we needed two sets of hands. The price was very reasonable Best of all we didn't have to call a repair person. Recommend viewing the videos.

Glad to find part but $96 for a plastic dryer pull handle? Really?

We have a 20+ year old Frigidaire refrigerator that needed a door cam and also the part that holds the meat drawer up. We were easily able to figure out exactly what parts we needed. Ordering was simple and delivery was prompt and parts were as good as the originals!

Needed to find a part for a 10+ year old oven. They had exact part, it was easy to find, it shipped quickly and it was very reasonably priced. What more can you ask for?

We bought a vaca home where the dishwasher upper rack had broken wheels. Googled the dishwasher brand and found the partselect.com website which listed our model # and a replacement dish rack kit (site included a video on how to install said kit). Ordered kit and followed video on the installation. Installed in less than 30 minutes, dishwasher is like new. Highly recommend!

The website is easy to navigate and check out is easy. Searched using the model number of my washer and what I thought the piece was called. Found it quickly using the pictures and descriptions.

Washer was not draining water from tub and googled the error code and was able to get the part next business day. Was easy to repair and only took about 30 minutes. If we would have waited for someone to repair we would have been without a washer for a week and would have paid more money. I will use PartSelect again if needed in the future.
