Have been searching for a replacement refrigerator veggie bin which was unsuccessful until I ran across PartSelect.com. The customer service rep was extremely helpful in getting me the part that I needed within a couple of days and the part fits perfectly. Thanks PartSelect!

I submitted a review/summary of my experience with the 1st (and only) part I ordered. It was the right part, but was 3x the cost of where I could get it other places, and it did not correct the problem.

Sent a review. Received no response. And now I get another survey asking me again how did you perform. This review is a little more critical than the first. If you ask for my feedback and I share a frustration, I would be OK if you responded. So much for these auto generated surveys.

My dishwasher started making a beeping noise and displayed flashing lights when I tried to shut the door. I googled repair options and came across Partselect.com. The site identified common problems and showed a video of how to replace the door sensor. I bought the replacement, it arrived quickly, and rewatched the repair video. Followed it to a tee, and guess what? Yep, it worked like a charm. I hope my appliances stay "healthy", but if not Partselect.com is my go to site!

Ordered a start/stop button for my GE Washing Machine. It is specifically listed as the (part number) START/STOP BUTTON. What I got was the rubber dust cover for the actual start/stop button. Paid $18.80 for the button, $9.25 for shipping, and $2.53 for tax, for a total of $30.58. Called customer service and was told that I got what I ordered. To get what I need is apparently the complete control board, at a cost of $200.00, plus shipping and tax. Plus, to return the thing they sent my would be on my dime. I would have to pay the return shipping. Not worth the cost or effort. I will find a different parts supplier in the future.

Was able to get the exact part I needed, and it was shipped quickly. Using video and install instructions I was able to find, fixed the my washer myself in less than a week. Working like new now. Thanks Partselect.

This website is so easy to use and they have all of the prints organized in an easy to search database by make and model number that makes finding your parts a breeze. I needed the correct igniter for my Jenn Air oven, and I was able to find the correct part immediately. The part arrived in excellent condition, with support to locate a YouTube video that showed me exactly how to easily change out the part myself in under a half hour. I probably saved myself hundreds of dollars avoiding having to call a serviceman for something that was so easy.

This is a great company for finding hard to find parts. My Maytags would be gone if not for this company.

My parts arrived timely and well-packaged. I searched You Tube for a video on how to replace the parts on my dishwasher and had it finished in less than 30 minutes.

My 20 yr old kitchenAid dishwasher sprung a leak. Had my brother come and take a look at it and found a connector was cracked. Looked up the model # on parts select.com. The photos made it easy & the part numbers lined up. We ordered & got it in the mail within six days. I ordered replacement parts for my Bosch dishwasher. The parts were genuine Bosch parts, arrived quickly and work perfectly. No issues.

THE WORST. BEWARE. Horrible customer service. I ordered a part for my freezer February 10th. They did ship quick on February 12th from literally 5 hours away from me. Long story short I still don't have the part one month later after I paid extra for 2-3 day shipping. The part obviously got lost. I emailed them Feb 16th. They said to wait until the following week and they would file a claim. Not one response or follow up from them. I have lost Hundreds of dollars in food. Do yourself a favor and buy from anywhere but this place. No surprise. Carrier is Fedex that won't even let me file a claim unless I have something in writing from this POS company.

The best place to get the parts you need, at a great price. I use them for years, and always they had the part I needed. And shipping is quick.

Bought a part for my Kitchen aid dishwasher and paid an extra 11 dollars for two day delivery and ended up waiting for one week. I contacted them and they never replied. Furthermore, I paid 45 usd for the part and it came missing items. I also found it in a set of two pieces on Amazon and Kitchen aid website for 22.50. Stay away, dishonest!

The part sent to me was exactly right, just the one I needed. However I am an old lady, not knowledgeable about fixing things. It took me three lengthy attempts to get this part in right. What I needed were instructions, but there weren't any with the part. On the other hand, I'm much pleased with how it now works.
