I ordered a Raybestos parking brake hardware kit from PartAvatar.ca but they didn't have all the parts I needed to fix my 2010 Ford Ranger, which forced me to look elsewhere. I went to RockAutoParts.com in the US. They had everything I was looking for priced in Canadian dollars. Their cost for the kit was $7 cheaper. Their cost for shipping was cheaper. I would have saved myself about $15 dollars if I had ordered everything through RockAuto. It's interesting the RockAuto parts arrived on Monday shipped from Syracuse, N. Y. on Friday. The hardware kit from PartsAvatar.ca shipped on Friday from Ontario arrived on Tuesday. Now I have ordered other parts from PartsAvatar and was very satisfied with their service. This time around it was quite as satisfying. Just sayin'.

Ordered parts online using your website vehicle selected charts to find the right parts - Did not fit & returned parts
Told customers refund will take 5 - 7 business days but it took 2 weeks for refund & charge 15% without any refund invoice & explain reasons until customers can get in touch over & over by email. Unable to contact using by telephone.

We thought we were purchasing refurbished CV axels from a Canadian source but the box said Made in China. The first Chinese set from one of your competitors lasted for less than 500 km. These ones seem better, but who knows?

Shipping took way too long and I had to arrange a refund because my car was out of order and needed to buy parts locally

I have ordered tons of parts from here and Rock Auto and they were always shipped out promply and here 2 or 4 days max after ordered, checked tracking and they may be here by next week, has a SUV and shill have it on my hoist with intake manifold off waiting for these parts which I can no longer use my hoist to make any money and backing other customers up which are now going elsewhere to have their vehicles worked on. Guess it's Rock Auto next time I need parts

Purchased a precision measuring tool and it was shipped in a box 10 times too big with nothing put in to absorb the shocks. It bounced around the box the whole time during shipping. Not impressed with the lack of care at the warehouse. Have so had issues before and the customer service (or lack there of) was the worst i have ever experienced.
