The most frustrated I have been in years receiving parcels. Every time I have something delivered via Parcelforce I have major issues. Bad communication even with their tracking service. They claim they have had an unsuccessful delivery and left a card; they never leave a calling card (mysteriously). Impossible to contact the distribution depot or anybody of any significance via telephone. I complain to the retailer who promises to sort it but then Parcelforce simply pay lip-service and still the delivery is not scheduled as promised. I would definitely never ever personally use this service

THEY ARE FLAWED

Their customs process is flawed. Currently trying to pay what i owe BUT i have to wait for a letter to be delivered from Parcelforce first, so i can call them and tell them the number on the letter that they sent. I'm just praying that it is not up to Parcelforce to deliver this letter, to be honest i am slightly worried at their ability to post it... I could write loads of complaints about waiting in all day only to be told that i was not in. Or having a parcel left on my doorstep only to have it taken. I have been avoiding PF but now they're partnering with other companies so you don't know they'll be doing the last mile, probably the only business move open to a failing and incompetent organisation

Abysmal

You claim you tried to deliver a parcel to me on the 21, while I was at home working ALL DAY, you claim you left a card which is a lie, it is impossible to speak to anyone and I do not know what happen to my parcel. Aren't you embarrassed of the way you conduct your business? Terrible service, non-existent customer service, I am beyond upset

Cant be worse

Dont understand how they still alive and still operating, i sent 4 items, 3 out of 4 came destroyed, thats 75% of items destroyed, im impressed honestly, they that bad that is next level..., i sent like 200 parcels between evri and dpd and only 1 has dissapeared and thats it, i dont know what they do with the parcels throw from second floor to the ground?. Might be, as my parcels are very well packed, contains fragile tape all around and by small throws no way anything might be affected, im dissapointed, angry and i really hope they bankrupt and people wouldnt use them, its a shame companies like that operate in UK..

Absolute joke. Paid a premium for next day collection. And 2 days later still no collection.

Was told by customer service. I can take it myself to a post office ad they can't guarantee it will be today either.

Don't offer collection service then guyys!

Disgusting company

Sent a parcel to a friend, it was something I made for her to help her with her mental health, it arrived smashed to pieces! I will never use this disgusting company again!

Very poor service!

They have a very poor service! I paid a fast delivery for £67,75 going to the Philippines and expected to deliver it in 4 days but it they received it almost 2 months! It is a very important papers but because of their poor service it didn't arrive on time. So stressing. Plus the costumer service is also poor service. They are giving a wrong number to call in the Philippines. Garbage service!

Worst. Courier. EVER

5 times I've tried to get my parcel since 15th of last month.

Booked redelivery online twice - wasnt attempted.

Called to ask why - no explaination given, told deliveey would be reattempted on 29th (this was actually date it was retuened to sender)

Called again - advised it would be delivered this Friday but I needed my package so I was advised to go to post office, I didn't do it usual 2 hours over time and left work early to go and collect - they told me it was sent back a week ago!

I called again and told I MIGHT be able to get it delivered but it wasn't a guaranteed service. ('parcel watch' - what's the point?)

So I said fine - return it to sender, how long will that take? Advisor said he didn't have a clue.

So I said fine... I'll wait an undetermined amount of time for my refund from the seller, what about my costs - the postage, over an hour spent on the phone to be misadvised completely, how do I claim that back - I was directed to your online claim form WHICH IS ONLY FOR THE COMPANY THAT ARRANGED THE POSTAGE!

Your advisors are CLUELESS!

I paid for a parcel to be sent on their 48 express service and it's been 3 days with no delivery and the tracking information states it's still in a van somewhere.

When I did finally manage to speak to customer service they were clueless and told be to track in via the tracking number provided in the email they had sent.

Use DPD, DHL etc and these fobs.

Parcelforce is really rubbish! They always change the delivery address on their system and thus the delivery address is totally different from the waybill info. And this is not the first time I have seen this serious mistake! I truly don't understand why they still got 5-star reviews! I would give 0-star review if I could. Don't go on strike all the time! Improve yourself first. You don't deserve a pay rise, guys!

Bad service

Bad service. Bad customer service. They act like scammers. I sent four packages to Cuba. I paid for the service, after a week they returned the packages to me but they never informed me of the reason for the return. I have contacted the agency and after 6 months I still do not have my money back and no response from them.

My package was supposed to be picked up on Monday, October 17. I waited for the courier all day, when in the evening he never came and did not call, I checked the tracking number and saw that he supposedly came at 12.44, but I was not at home. Although this is not true, I was at home all day, the cameras also show that the courier did not arrive. So, I called Parcelforce and they promised to pick up the package on Tuesday 18th October, but again no one came. Finally, on Wednesday evening, the courier showed up and picked up two of my packages, to two different customers. However, these two parcels somehow went to the same customer. So… what I have in the end? I didn't go to work for 3 days because I was waiting for the courier, I paid for a terrible delivery service, I lost one parcel, and the client who was waiting for his product since October 17 asked for a refund. I have a question: where else should I call or write to solve this problem? Who will compensate my losses? Why do you employ such incompetent people?
Let's see what happens next, because today I wrote a complaint, let's see how they work in the complaints department, how competent people are there.

Extremely bad service

Arranged to have parcel left with neighbour, driver took to the post office which I can't get to before it closes. Arranged to have it collected from the post office to be taken to neighbour, this takes at least 5 working days because they take it back to the depot! Then, instead of trying the neighbour he was supposed to leave it with, he takes it back to the depot! They do not listen, give you the runaround when you complain and just generally give an extremely bad service - don't use!

Don't do it. You'll get nothing back if your item is worth alot even if you insured it. The max is £100 without £500 with. They'll sell you insurance then revoke it when you item gets lost stolen or broken they'll claim its your fault as you did not pack it correctly. Customer service is totally useless and very hard to speak to a human. And they won't. Calk you back ither. Don't do it.

Awful parcel service

Awful parcelforce. Was due a delivery today but postmen on strike so I phoned asking if I could pick it up at my local depot, the guy on the phone says yes I have messaged the guys at your depot you can go pick it up. I gets a taxi to the depot customer service etc and it is closed. Waste of money for a taxi trip. Would never advise anybody who want a reliable service to use parcelforce. No wonder the ratings are so low, they take your money then don't care its that simple.

I have never experienced a worse company to do business with. They refused to deliver my parcel and also damaged it. They do not try and help, and they refuse to efficiently deliver a parcel on time. They did not contact me when they arrived on four separate occasions. I am still wating for my package and it has been two week of me trying and waiting for them. I would give them 0 stars, but I can't. Please save yourself and order from any other delivery company. They made me pay $150 and still cannot deliver my package. THE WORST COMPANY EVER

They have not got a clue what they are doing. I sent a mobility scooter to a lady in Middlesbrough on a track 48hr. The hub sent it to Shrewsbury where it sat for 4 days, the disabled lady is most distressed because she wanted it for her holiday. Its been 7 days now, and still no closer to its destination. They just do not care, I feel helpless as Ebay recommends to use this allful heartless company. Avoid at all costs!.

1 star is far too many, the so called delivery drive has failed to turn up for over a week, clearly it has been stolen by parcel force, don't bother with ca they won't do anything about it, avoid.
