I am extremely disappointed with Parcel2Go and Parcelforce. I sent a kids' bike worth £100 (Tracking Number: P2G*******), and it was never delivered. I received no updates, no information, and when I tried to resolve the issue, my refund was denied. They only returned the parcel fee, but my bike is completely lost. Their customer service is unhelpful, unresponsive, and refuses to take responsibility. I am very sad and frustrated with this experience. I will never use their services again, and I strongly advise others to avoid Parcel2Go and Parcelforce if you value your money and peace of mind.
I lost my important parcel. Nobody left any missing card. I have contacted them and everyone passing me to each other. The operator don't catch the tracking number and keep repeating. I have lost my parcel so who is responsible for it?

Someone tell me what is the point in being able to reschedule your delivery if no one pays attention and attempts delivery every day but the ones you chose. Tuesday last week. Had a notification a parcel was to be delivered that day and to rearrange if no one was in. Organised redelivery for the following Thursday. Parcelforce attempted delivery Wednesday. Took day off work Thursday to ensure recipt of item. No delivery! Called to see where it was told it was still at the depot and the next available date was Tuesday and so it was booked onto that day. Booked another day off and waited in all day for another no show! Called parcelforce again to see where the item was. Stated it was still at the depot and that It would be put out for redelivered Thursday. Come Wednesday guess what! Another missed delivery. Stayed in Thursday no show! When I called them today they said they are waiting for the Newport depot to see the message they sent on Tuesday and that they have no way of calling each other as that's the way the company works. I'm starting to think I'm being trolled. Still no parcel. This company has purposefully made it difficult to talk to a human and their customer service is terrible. Tried to make 2 complaints, don't believe they have actually been logged.
Unfortunately I cannot give 0 stars, otherwise I would. They employ liars for drivers and incompetents for advisors. The driver claimed he "attempted" to deliver three times, yet there was no card left none of the times. One of the times, my husband stayed on the main road and not a parcelforce car drove by, yet the driver claimed he attempted delivery. The "communication" between departments is shocking as, after I arranged for redelivery, my parcel was not at the post office.
I managed to speak to someone who promised I would find my parcel at post office the next day, yet I received an email that they would attempt delivery at my house again. They are completely useless and don't get how companies still use them after so many bad reviews. To top it all, apparently the manager of the drivers would conduct an investigation on driver Teddy, who lied about attempting deliveries, but conveniently I would not be privy to the result. Do not use them, otherwise this behaviour would be encouraged. Wasted out time for over a week to get hold of our parcel.
Disgraceful company. I sold some books for 270, and paid to send them. Paid extra to make sure they were covered by insurance. Parcelforce damaged them and when I made a claim they said books are collectables which is wrong. I appealed but they still said this. Books are not collectables, they are not listed on their list of banned items and when asked at the post office what they were I was not told they were banned. Books are for reading, for education not collectables. They didn't want to pay for THEIR damage which is wrong
They said the insurance I paid was for lose...BUT I bet they wouldn't pay if they lost them as they claim they are collectables! I trusted them to deliver the items undamaged, not asking much? Well it seems it is! I would have been better off sending them with the company everyone hates!

The parcel never arrived, they say it is delivered, but it is not and the post does not take any responsailities
The parcel never arrived and the post is not taking any action nor responsibility. A parcel was sent to us from the USA (USPS or United States Postal Service), but it did not arrive to our address, they did not inform us when they have apparently delivered it to an unexisting person Mr. Arthur, there was only a picture of a shop. We complained and their only answer was that it was delivered to a neighbor. They do not take any responsibilities nor any action if you do not receive the parcels. An extremely bad and unreliable post. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES IN ENGLAND IF YOU WANT YOUR PERCELS DELIVERED.
Parcelforce 48 hr delivery / 15 day (360 hr).
You choose, and if you even get your delivery, unbroken, consider it a blessing.
Tracking website tells in very concise detail where your parcel might be, and how it has seen 'attempted delivery'.
The downside is, it hasn't even been presented at the delivery address, and then goes back to 'the depot'.
You will probably have to arrange 'redelivery', or as most normal people would call it 'delivery'.
Expect to visit tracking website multiple times, only to be advised that you hadn't been in when they didn't come to your door.
Parcelforce lied about an attempted delivery. Disappointing to see a company resorting to tactics like this. I was gardening within 6 feet of my front door all day today. My security cameras show me working. No Parcelforce van came down the drive today. No calling card was left as nobody actually attempted to deliver anything. Quote "We attempted to deliver your parcel ZR******* on Wednesday 20th March at 16:53 but no one was available. Your parcel will wither have been taken to a local Post Office for the addressee to collect or returned to our depot. Your parcel stats will be updated here and our driver will have left a card explaining what to do next" I called Parcelforce but their automated system doesn't have an option to complain or speak to anyone. So what next, maybe another day off work to wait in? Shocking that Parcelforce took 18 months to reply... Parcelforce P.

This business should be closed down due to the incompetence of the staff. Avoid using Parcelforce if you wish to keep your sanity and avoid unbearable frustration.
Didn't leave a card,phone number is useless,no email.

Local depot is 10 miles away and my eye site is bad so don't drive.
These people are absolutely the worse,not being able to contact them is ridiculous.
I wanted to send a guitar overseas, all paperwork done, they collected it, everything seemed normal, and then... and then nothing! I waited many days and it never arrived. I payed for this transport service and they basically just stole my guitar. Because when I go to their website there's nothing, no telephone number to contact them, no email address... The only thing there is is a obnoxious claim form that leads you nowhere.
My daughter received a pair of pyjamas for Xmas from her grandma. Today we received a bill for £66.40 for them.
The pj's were subject to a duty charge which I accept but a £35.42 import Vat and then £12 clearance fee, absolutely delusional. To top it off for a mere 12 pounds more the numbty brigade will deliver the parcel without delay.
Absolutely terrible. Didn't come when first booked, so I had to rebook. Delivery was promised no later than today. No delivery. Tracking stopped two days after the parcel was collected from me (two weeks ago) and hasn't been updated since. Every time I've tried to contact via their Twitter messaging, I just get a variety of people telling me that I should have checked their 'service update' (actually not updated for more than two years) that the country I was sending to was 'infrequent dispatch' because of Covid (!) and could be six weeks before it was sent. No one has responded to my specific question about why I was told a delivery date if they had no intention of honouring that. Nor has anyone answered my question about where exactly my parcel is. Clearly one those companies that genuinely doesn't have any business ethics at all and doesn't give a crap about their customers.
I stayed off work for a time sensitive collection and delivery, two hours after the deadline they claimed I had been unavailable for pick up. I have CCTV proof no such attempt was made. They need to get drivers to prove their attempts photographically as my front gate didn't open all day.
A completely useless and abysmal organisation who tells lies! Rearrange a delivery for today, waited in all day, tracking then confirmed a delivery had been attempted, lies, lies and more lies. The delivery was a present for my disabled Wife, you ought to be ashamed of yourselves, you are complete cowboys the worse Courier by far! Check the tracking Number for confirmation of your lies: EH*******GB

Clearly you have failed to comment as to why your organisation tell lies i.e. We attempted to deliver your parcel? You did not, we were in all day, my Wife is housebound currently with a disability. To sum-up lies, lies and more lies; over a 6 year period deliveries from your abysmal, completely useless organisation have been problematic! You did not attempt to deliver, your driver would have been shown on CCTV, my Son's dogs would have heard the door, a card would have been left; to sum-up you did not attempt a delivery at my property!
Today your tracking has been altered to incomplete address? Why? If your organisation had a modicum of common sense you would check my complaint against the parcel, and ask 'Dr Robert Nicholas' can we check your address with what is stated on the parcel? My 4 year old Granddaughter has more common sense than you guys!
I do no accept your glib response and request an investigation by someone competent, if you have such are person?
Parcel Force is a joke, completely useless and abysmal!
For the record and the avoidance of doubt the complaint remains open!

Failed to deliver to the address despite other parcels getting there from other couriers with same address and people waiting to receive it. Consequences meant my artwork missed being included in important exhibition. Then Parcelforce charged me to have the parcel returned back to me. Worst courier company ever. Stay well clear.
I ordered from an online store on 21st Sept 23 and was expecting my parcel around Tuesday 25th Sept. For some reason the tracking number i was given was too short so after numerous emails to the online shop i didn't actually get to track the item until 28th Sept.
I put the number in to track and it said out for delivery then address problems (insufficient address) then returned to depot all on 25th. Then on 26th it said prepared for delivery then nothing more.
When i saw the tracking i phoned parcelforce and was told the street address was missing but she said the driver should have found our house by the name and the postcode.
I gave the customer advisor the missing street name and she assured me i would receive the items Monday.
Nothings arrived so i called again, the next advisor said there's some address missing which i told her about my previous call and she eventually found the notes the previous advisor had sent to the depot. Apparently they'd read the message but not done anything about it.
Turns out the number i had was London so i asked for the local depot number and was told you can't ring them direct so i asked if i could go and pick them up and was told they would probably turn me away because they probably couldn't find them hence the reason there were no more updates from 26th.
I then had to tell her what was in the package so they'd know what to look for, i asked when would i get my package and she said she didn't know because she was in London but if there was a problem they would call me. I've just checked the tracking and it's still the same status. They really are a joke.
I've emailed where i bought them from and told them to sort it or i want a full refund.
I needed these items for my work tomorrow so i'm now not able to work until i get them.
We waited in all day in vain. The Parcelforce driver claimed to have attempted collection but said that nobody was in. I contacted the buyer of the items and explained that we were in all day, but nobody from PARCEFORCE had been. The buyer said "That`s strange" as she had received a message from Parcelforce informing her that nobody was at the address when collection was attempted. The message she received from Parcelforce put my honesty and integrity in doubt. Human error from the driver can happen, but to state categorically in a message to the buyer that we were not home is NOT acceptable as it was completely untrue. Yes I was angry after waiting 30 minutes for someone to answer the telephone is not acceptable. I did lose my temper after being told that I would have to wait in yet again. I was so frustrated. Avoid this company at all costs.
I constantly get other people's parcels.So someone isn't doing their job right.
Haven't received large picture.They say GPS prove it's arrived.No one signed for this picture.
Also I've lost count of the times I received things with signed for sticker on.No one signed for it
Very very bad service.They are getting away with delivering things to wrong home and are costing their customers lots of wasted money.
Also in past have had parcel put over my garden gate.Also caught one time person trying to rench garden gate open,warping it.
Ive used them 3 tomes never had an item delivered directly always has to pick and the worst part is there custkmer service takes *******3737 hours to pick up the phone and and respond on twitter never use them im beg you dont they pick there employees and drivers from a $#*!ing zoo
Answer: You can't! The number advertised is automated and doesn't give an option to speak to anyone…. Parcel force don't care if they damage your goods….
