Absolute trash. I was supposed to have a delivery from a an online seller who use this courier. It was sent to arrive within 3 days. It's been over 2 weeks now and these absolute useless morons will not provide a proper update. Not only is the tracking useless but when prompted they said they would deliver it tomorrow. It wasn't, and via the seller contacting them, we were told because the item is 15kg it will take two people to deliver it, it will be done this week. Again, it wasn't. Another week has passed. I called them and got circled in machine answers for 10 minutes only to be told after "Sorry, it seems we can't help you" and terminated the call. So I went to the live chat on the website and the person - although polite - was entirely useless and unable to even access the information properly. They just referred me to the phone number I previously called.
I have never been more irritated and trapped by a service before. This is utter insanity. Look at their reviews, 0 stars everywhere. Absolutely deservedly. I hope this company shuts down.
Incompetant, uncaring and useless
Absolutely furious! Took the day off work on Friday to receive a 'guaranteed next day before 12' parcel that my son and myself were relying on for the bank holiday weekend. It got sent to the wrong depot, fair enough, but would have expected them to get it out the next day to rectify their mistake. They haven't, so i need to wait a further 5 days until next week now. I have lost my plans for the weekend and took a day off work on Friday to make sure i was in to receive it.
Incompetent, useless, arrogant, uncaring company. If we treat customers like this at work we'd go out of business, but the mighty parcelforces' attitude seems to be "we have your money now pal and will deliver when we can be bothered, what you gonna do about it!?"

Horrible Company for normal people. Maybe good against criminal law only.
Fines constantly when I never claim anything but they claim every order.
There is no obvious facility to instruct driver to place parcel over locked gate. All other delivery service operators have no problem with this.
This is a company I will not use again - I had a very bad experience.
I posted a letter via the 'next day delivery service' on a Friday, which arrived in the following week on a Thursday - nearly a week! This service costed 47.45£.
After the letter did not arrive on the Tuesday I sent the information via the normal post, which arrived on the Thursday as well. The normal post was quicker.
The customer service from Parcelforce wrote long emails, but did not give me any refund even though I sent all the necessary receipts. Their excuse is the following:
"I must advise that on this occasion, your claim for delay has been declined. This is due to a suspension of guarantee being in place on the service used.
Our delivery speed guarantees do not apply when situations arise which are outside of the control of Parcelforce Worldwide. This includes (but is not limited to) fire, flood, explosion, accident, adverse weather conditions, traffic congestion, mechanical breakdown, obstruction of any private or public highway, riot, government act, act of God, terrorism, war or from any industrial dispute.
When our service guarantee is suspended for any reason noted above, compensation is not available for any delayed items."
I still wonder which of the above happen to my letter, which I sent via Parcelforce and made the 'next-day-delivery-service' to a 6 days long journey from England to Germany - the 'Act of God'?
Failed pick up 3 times from my address, the buyer then tried and again 3 failed pick ups. Stuffed a missed collection sticker through letter box but just not possible they knocked on the door. No customer support or point of contact. I have no idea why they would bother to stuff missed collection notices through the door when they are their but yes they did and many others I've spoken to have said the same. Now they are haggling on refund as they're saying the collection was missed...despite 3 other missed collections. MADNESS. I don't how they are in business. Disgusting, can't keep dates or times at full cost to the customer. BAD, AVOID

They still havnt delieverd my items, they've had them 2 wks now, this is not acceptable. I have phoned them three times now, to be fobbed off everytime. Today tracking siad it was out for delivery, this was a lie, they have not delivered today, now being past 6pm. Tracking has then changed to: Addressee requested delivery to new address. This is also a lie as I have never requested that. I think this has been put on the tracking to make them not look so inept, and to negate compensation. A common courier trick I have seen employed before. I have had dealings with parcelfarce before, 80% of the time they $#*! it up in some way, awful company that seem to be really bad at the job. My Items still remain to be delivered, fingers crossed for delivery in wk 3.
So in summery, if your in need of a courier (and they are all pretty bad in my experiance) dont use this one.
Absolutely one of the worst delivery companies I've ever come across... Everyone thinks evri and all them are bad well these are worse.
Driver pulled up, scanned parcel and drove off... Amazing...
This is by far the worse company for service.
It is impossible to get any help or very near impossible to speak to a human. When you do finally talk to someone, they can only read to you what they and you see on the screen. Our local depot "Newport" is a shambles. Take a look at the following NEXT DAY delivery. It's now the 9th of July, they have even stopped updating the tracking!

They have, as yet, not once attempted a delivery despite claiming it was put on the van. I now have two parcels stuck in the depot. I've instructed all my suppliers to not use this company or I will purchase from other sources.
They have left card at my home and not delivered the goods 6 times this year

I'm gonna continue to leave bad reviews about my situation. I'm waiting my parcel since beginning of May (shipped from London to Paris and paid nearly £70!). So, contacted PF via email 3 times and finally got the replay. They said only the sender can contact them. Ok, guys. But I'm the sender and the recipient too. Seems like they are not checking any case details. So, no answer from 3 weeks of calls and emails. I already spent €300 to replace the things I need from the parcel. As it was my bedding, sumner sandals etc and I can live without it for 2 months. So, no help yet, no answer about the reason of the delay. This is not a customer service can be provide. Shame on you PF!
I sent a £1000 phone to my brother I paid £60 insurance, the package was opened and the phone was taken inside for 4 months. They kept me busy for 4 months. They didn't give me my insurance money and they closed the application without me knowing, don't trust them, thieves.
Item broken in transit. I would never recommend Parcel Force. When I contacted the company they didn't want to know.Steer clear.
I have used the Darlington Post office to send my parcel through express24. I have opted for next day delivery and paid. Until now I haven't received it. It cost me a lot of money as I have to refund the items.
It's been 2 months still waiting on my item they said it's in our depo it will be delivered tomorrow and after tomorrow they keep telling tomorrow
Took day off to be in for delivery. Then, get an email to say they have attempted delivery. Nobody knocked at my door and did not even see a ParceForce van despite looking out for one. Nigh-on impossible to find how to speak to someone... then told that the driver's GPS puts him at my address... may as well have called me a liar! Disgusting! No card left...despite claiming they did. Had to leave one star... would have left no stars if I could. Tried to upload a photo of my purchase proof but not possible.
Parcel destroyed.
No reimbursement, No contact, No apology, No one to speak to.

The driver got into the back of his van and urinated in a bottle outside my house and then poured it onto the drive.
Waited in for delivery at the advised time. No knock or ring but ticket left in postbox. I didn't hear a sound. Told by PO clerk, yes driver did knock! First time this has ever happened. Wonder if this is result of staff layoffs. I am contacting my suppliers to see if they can change deliverers. No previous trouble with ParcelForce.
Answer: You can't! The number advertised is automated and doesn't give an option to speak to anyone…. Parcel force don't care if they damage your goods….
