I bought Touch Up for my 1970 car about 3 to 4 years ago. The paint was a very good match. My recent purchase of Touch Up paint did not match and was not even close. To say the least I was disappointed and will be buying touch up paint elsewhere. Paint Scratch says to spend them a paint chip so they can match it, however, this is not always practical, as is my case.

A waste of time and money. Sure, you gave me instructions on how to make a return but that's more time and expense for me. You might even make the claim that I didn't give you my VIN but that would be bogus since a small touch-up tube directly from Toyota matched perfectly. (That was for a smaller job). Code 3Q3 is 3Q3, and your 3Q3 didn't match my car color while the small tube from Toyota did match it.

It was easy to order, the website was easily navigable and when I had a problem, although they communicate only through email, it was easily resolved. The shipment was at a timely manner. They gave me enough warning to let me know that my purchase was something that needed careful planning

1) could never get a person to answer their customer service phone
2) two part paint I received was clear paint, no color. Was suppose to be a Fleetwood ******* Polar White. I did not activate this paint until today when I discovered this issue. Not happy.

The ease of obtaining the correct code was very easy I would recommend this to anybody.Although just a little bit darker but not enough to make a difference to me, at least I did not have to pay $707 to get a key scratch out of the back end of my Jeep
